This place is magical. The view is mesmerizing. The nearby beach is very nice. The neighborhood is great and close to many nice restaurants, as well as shops (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, etc).
You can see how much love, thought, and good taste that Kathi and Charlie put into making this place so beautiful and warm, from the overall tones of turquoise and light grey, to the nice aesthetic touches, including some cute glasses decorated with shells.
A lovely, lovely beach cottage!

This is such a nice beach cottage. It's very nicely decorated and it has everything you need. A perfect gateway for a solo or a coupe vacation! The bed is very comfortable. The place is sparklingly clean.

Also, Amy is such a kind and thoughtful host. I greatly appreciated all the tips she offers and also her help.
The ceiling fans and the A/C make a huge difference in making this place super comfortable during the summer. I highly recommend this place and the host!

This is a splendid little house. Very nicely decorated, spacious and within walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach. Rocco is a wonderful host, responding very quickly to text messages.
Really amazing find!
