I cannot recommend this property enough. My family and I (myself, husband, 4 year old daughter and my mother) stayed for a week this July and cannot wait to return next summer. We walked to the private beach at the end of the road daily - it was easy, quiet, and perfect for us. My daughter was able to safely ride her bike as the street was not busy, the neighbors were pleasant, and cars were very aware of pedestrians.
The house itself was great. It was very clean, spacious enough for all 4 of us, and had 2 full baths which is hard to find! The shed was stocked with beach equipment, we made use of the grill and had dinner on the deck and took daily outdoor showers when we returned from the beach. Everything you want and need for a Cape week!
