Lovely home near the beach

This home has an open living area on the 2nd floor with a large deck that looks over the water. In addition to a kitchen, dining and living area there is a small nook with a desk. There is also a finished basement with a pool table and TV. The 3 bedrooms are on the main floor. The only downside of this house is there is only 1 full bath on the main floor (there is a half bath upstairs and an outdoor shower). I could see this being an issue if 8 people were staying here. My family of 4 stayed for a week at Christmas and it worked fine for them. The house is clearly new or updated and has hardwood floors throughout which is a plus!show moreshow less

Owner Response 1/4/2026 Thank you for taking the time to review our property Debbie and for your suggestion. We agree with you and we're happy to let everyone know that we have been actively working on adding more bathroom space. Although the house is quite spacious, the additional bathroom and shower will make it more comfortable in the off-season when the outdoor shower isn't an option. We had the plans drawn up last month and our contractor has applied for a permit to add another bathroom as well as a shower. The plans include adding a shower to the upstairs bathroom and adding a half bath in the finished basement. That will give us two and a half baths plus an outdoor shower and our hope is that the work will be completed by April 1.
