As someone who has a house on the island, it takes a lot for me to leave my home. In this case, we had a 5+ folks who needed to stay with us so I sought another home. As soon as I saw it, I said I am moving to this house. It was perfect to my family of four, while guests stayed at my house. Everything was brand new and modern but easy to use and accessible. The layout was perfect. While I do not cook, the kitchen was amazing and the multiple spaces upstairs and downstairs made finding places to work and watch TV very easy.
