This was our second year renting this home and if I won Megabucks, I'd offer the owners $$$ to buy it from them! I have rented several homes on the Vineyard that were not as pictured in their ads - this one exceeded my expectations!

It is a great house in a terrific location in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It is a very comfortable, well-appointed home and has always been clean and well maintained. It has amenities one needs on a beach vacation including an outdoor shower and a washer/dryer.

This is a wonderful antique home that was extremely quiet and comfortable! My husband and I were very happy staying there for a week. Since there were only two of us we only used the first floor and the temperatures were in the 70s and it was very comfortable - we used a fan one day. It is centrally located to beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, shops and restaurants including a big Stop and Shop. One morning I was sitting on the couch and saw several cardinals sitting in the bushes right in front of the window - it was amazing. You can get Netflix, Hulu, etc on the TV. The bed and the furniture were very comfortable. There's a washer and dryer too which is always a bonus.

Patrick, the owner, was very kind. He was always available when needed but aside from that we only saw him a handful of times.

It was a very nice rental experience and I would definitely stay here again or suggest to friends.show moreshow less
