Clean and well stocked home is located on a private street close to conservation land with walking trails to beach, distant ocean views and spectacular sunsets enjoyed from the second floor deck. 1.5 miles to ocean, 7 miles to town and 3 miles to quaint village of Sconset. This retreat is fully stocked with beach chairs, toys & towels, all bed/bath linens and kitchen supplies.

On the first floor there are three well appointed bedrooms (bedroom 1: queen and private porch; bedroom 2: queen and shared porch; bedroom 3: two twins) and a full bathroom to the right. To the left, you'll find a laundry room and a bonus entertainment/lounging area. Around back, there is a shared porch, patio and outdoor shower.

Upstairs, you'll find 1.5 additional bathrooms, an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, a living/TV room with ample seating and the second floor deck (for the sunsets!). There is also an open loft area.
