Set in our private cellar, this exclusive dinner will include four-courses, carefully created by Chef de Cuisine Chris Jenkins, highlighting the best local fare and the autumnal flavors of the Cape. Each course will be beautifully paired with a wine from Mayacamas Vineyards, a legendary California winery since 1889 located high on the slopes of Mount Veeder, known for their continued classical techniques and tools as an integral to the character of their wines.
