Client Support Specialist

Job Summary: Fast-paced vacation rental-by-owner website seeks a part-time employee in our Brewster office who would be responsible for providing our valued homeowner clients with excellent marketing and vacation rental management advice. Join our hard-working, passionate team in its culture of open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise homeowner clients regarding the marketing of their rental properties
  • Provide homeowner clients guidance in the managing of their rental properties
  • Write and edit content for our Homeowner Blog and email marketing pieces
  • Collaborate with other team members to problem solve and brainstorm
  • Test new website features and enhancements prior to live implementation
  • Attend local Chamber of Commerce events as our liaison
  • Support and maintain ongoing relationships with clients via phone and email

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A proven commitment to providing outstanding personal customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekend time
  • Willingness to work both in our Brewster office and independently from home
  • Rental homeowner or real estate experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HTML a plus
  • Part time initially (20 hours/week) with potential for full time
