In this age of online shopping, credibility and transparency are required to alleviate any fears of purchasing products "sight unseen," and lots of great feedback from other vacationers provide that necessary trust. So, if you don't have any guest reviews posted on your listing, get on it! Contact your past tenants, and ask them for some feedback!

As most of you know, the best tenants are repeat tenants. They know your home, they enjoy it, and they take care of it as if it were their own.
We offer a free and easy way to help you reach out to past tenants with a friendly reminder that you are now booking for summer 2014. This feature enables you to send a personalized email to many people at once, and includes a link to your listing, your first picture, and 4 months of your availability/pricing calendar.
You might choose to send one email to renters who have rented your home in the past, and another to those who have inquired about your home but never rented it.
If you intend to increase the rent for 2014, you might offer previous tenants the opportunity to book your home at the same rental price as this past summer. Log in to get started.

Maximize your advertising -- add pricing for 2014
As vacationers are already actively booking their vacation for 2014, remember that your listing will not come up in a search unless you have filled out your calendar with pricing and availability for next year.
If you are not ready to take inquiries for next summer or haven't yet decided on pricing, leave your calendar as is, and the weeks will show "unknown" for now. Keep in mind, however, that vacationers are much more likely to pay full price when they book early. So having a calendar with updated pricing and availability will increase your chances for early bookings.
Always keep the date stamp on your calendar up to date. This will assure vacationers that your pricing and availability are accurate.
