About Great Island Bakery...Since 1998, Cari Burbank and her mother, Lee Eiler have been baking at our location in South Yarmouth. Our from-scratch menu includes muffins, sticky buns, scones, elephant ears, danishes, and much more Everything is made fresh daily. We feature some of the largest selections of breads, pies, and quiches around. All fruit pies are made specially to-order. We have Key Lime pie made with real Florida Key Limes. All items can be picked up hot and ready to eat or frozen. Pies can also be picked up ready-to-cook at home.

Love love love Great Island bakery. When on Cape it is a several morning must stop.The best cinnamon rolls, quiche, breakfast sandwhich anywhere. The people are always so friendly and patient....... Look forward to our visits every year!
