This is a great home for one or two families. It sleeps 10, in 4 bedrooms (all with AC units). On the second floor, there are two spacious queen bedrooms, a kid's suite with 2 twin beds, a queen bed, and sitting area with a TV and futon. Also, a fully renovated bathroom. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room that seats 10, a bedroom with a queen bed, living room with TV, three season room with TV, and a bathroom with laundry. We also have cable TV and WiFi .

Outdoors, there is a huge shower, private back yard with a patio and grill area, parking for 5 cars, all on a quiet dead-end cult-d-sac.

It is just one mile to Dennis Highlands, Dennis Pines golf courses, a park for tennis, basketball, bike riding and playground. Also, a new park with 20+ pickle ball courts. It's about 3.5 miles to bay beaches including beautiful Mayflower Beach. Beach chairs for 10 included and a cooler.

    We keep coming back for more...

    We've rented this house for the past 3 summers and each year there is something new and improved. The house is spacious, enabling us to relax in multiple rooms even when entertaining multiple families (the 3 season room on the back of the house is perfect!). We like to visit a variety of beaches making the location perfect for our needs as there are a number of beaches within 10-15 minutes drive. The house is always well maintained, clean, and the owner is very easy to work with. I plan on returning next summer for another round. show more show less

    Great vacation

    Lovely home close to all amenities and lovely beaches. In a quiet neighborhood. House was equipped with everything you could possibly think off. We were able to enjoy a great family vacation in this beautiful home.

    Amazing vacation home

    We spent 2 weeks here and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Bill was very responsive and access to the house was simple. The location is perfect as you can get to 6, 6A, 134, and 28 in a matter of minutes. The house itself is spacious with multiple areas to congregate or spread out depending on the situation. We immediately fell in love with the sun room off the back of the house and made full use of the outdoor shower (a must for post beach days). The backyard and patio also provide a nice place to relax outdoors. We will definitely be coming back next year. show more show less

    Great house - Centrally Located

    We loved this vacation home in South Dennis. Perfect location, within 5-10 minutes of 7 beaches, restaurants, and other places around the Cape. The house was extremely clean and has everything you can possibly need. Kim truly thought of everything down to the basket of items you may have forgotten to the back up propane tank. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you, Kim, for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

    It's been a dream of mine to own a home with space for my three children their friends and eventually their families. I grew up on the ocean but once I found Mayflower Beach I was sold on living on the bay side! Our home is probably right in the middle. Now I have the best of both worlds.

    What is special about this property?
    I absolutely love the space and location of this house! My kids take the bikes and go to the park while the adults make dinner!! If the kids are too tired for the park they just walk to the cul de sac and play there. The back yard is also spacious enough for any game they choose! The house itself is not lacking for space. We have 4 oversided bedrooms, large dining, living, game room and an enclosed 3 season room with TV.

    What is special about your town?
    Our house is very centrally located! We are less than a mile from the John Kelly Park and about a mile to The Dennis Pines and Highland golf courses. We are a 5 minute drive to beaches, shopping and dining!
