This spacious 3,400 sq.ft. home has an open floor design on the first floor which includes a large great room, sun-filled dining area and full well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a separate living room for those looking for quieter moments. The large outdoor deck has a dining area, gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower and opens onto a spacious, well landscaped yard with a lush green lawn with plenty of space for both adults and children to play...and it comes with its very own beach volleyball!

There are two Queen-size bedrooms on the first floor with the Master Bedroom located on the back of the house which has a separate doorway to the the outdoor deck. The Master Bath has a walk-in tiled shower and a jacuzzi tub. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, the other with both a Queen & twin-size. The upstairs full bath has a tub/shower and you'll also find a foos-ball table in foyer for some competitive game time! For a bit more privacy, the 5th bedroom is a separate suite located over the garage with a Queen-size bed and full bath. The last bathroom is a 3/4 bath and is in the breezeway hall, across from the washer/dryer area.

The house includes many amenities - Central A/C, cable TV's Wi-Fi, DVD/VCR, Washer/Dryer, indoor Jacuzzi, outdoor shower and deck with large gas grill. There is parking for 5 which includes a 2-car garage and beach chairs and umbrella are provided.

This is a great location on a quiet, family, safe street and perfectly located by the beaches north of Rte 6A. There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlors just minutes away and numerous other activities such as the Cape Cod League Baseball, fishing, boating, go-karts, mini-golf a short drive away. read more show less
