Our family has stayed in this home twice - 2021 and 2023. Peaceful, spacious home with all of the amenities. Large kitchen, living and dining room. Plenty of room for our large family to all be together. Location is perfect, near beautiful beaches but also near shopping/restaurants/museums. The scenery around the home is very peaceful and beautiful, with water views of the Bass River and woodlot. The outdoor decks were perfect for morning coffee and or dinner. We needed to get away after a lot of family stress, and wanted a peaceful getaway that was near the beach and near a bike path. This house was perfect!! Spacious, clean, great location with an amazing view!! We were comfortable and relaxed.

We had a wonderful week! The house was clean and organized upon arrival. Large great room, dining room, and kitchen made meals fun and easy. We loved the area. Quiet, and peaceful.

This large home was perfect for our Cape Thanksgiving with our extended family. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, open floor plan and beautiful setting on the river. This property is located in a beautiful, quiet setting. The home had everything we needed. As a large group of eleven, we had plenty of room to spread out. We had a terrific stay and thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. I wish we could've stayed longer. Mark was always responsive to our questions and a pleasure to work with.

Spent 4 days here with 8 guys for a golf weekend. Didn't spend much time here during the day but every night we stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone to comfortably sleep. Huge kitchen and living room area. The decks are perfect for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. We will certainly be back again!

This beautiful, spacious house was perfect for our family reunion. It is ideally situated if you want a quiet location with views of the woodland and water, walks from the back patio and access to the river where we enjoyed kayaking. However, it is only a short drive to amazing beaches, interesting museums, points of interest, walks and bike tracks.

The well decorated house is newly furnished and extremely comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out in as well as smaller areas to get away from it all! The owners have gone out of their way to make sure it is clean and well equipped and stocked with the basics. The internet is great (important for my husband!) and there are several TVs and sound systems as well as a selection of puzzles and games to use.

Most of the rooms have views of the Bass River and there are outside areas with a BBQ where we happily sat watching the birds, wildlife and boats.

For us Brits this was our first, but hopefully not last, visit to Cape Cod. We have fantastic memories of our family gathering and can understand why people return year after year.

We planned a large family reunion. The house was beautiful and was all that was promised. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a large, private space. The owner was great to work with and communicated well.
