We've updated the pictures, but the house is even prettier than it looks!

Make your vacation very special. Sit on the large open deck, watch the sun set over Follins Pond, and enjoy the Cape from this beautifully renovated home. Absolutely, a unique find!

Nestled among the pines with a panoramic view of Follins Pond, this home has a jacuzzi bath, fireplace, full deck, modern kitchen with granite counter tops, all new appliances, and a small private beach. This property combines the best of both worlds. A tranquil setting with beautiful sunsets and a short drive to all beaches two golf courses, shopping, restaurants, antique shops, and movie theaters You probably won't need them, but we have window AC units in the three bedrooms. Plus, for those of you who must stay connected to the outside world high speed Internet is installed.

Also, the mint green bedroom upstairs has a small TV, complete with a Roku for Netflix, Disney etc. Everything is new and we're doing our best to keep this home friendly for those of you with allergies. We ask you to respect your fellow vacationers and never smoke inside. Also, we know you love your pets but please leave them at home.

You'll be delighted with the little details. The new southern yellow pine floors and hickory kitchen cabinets give you the old Cape feel.

    Lovely home!

    We really enjoy our stay in this quintessential Cape Cod home. The house is tucked away in a charming neighborhood -- with equally friendly and charming neighbors. The yard is perfect for our large family's volleyball games and cookouts. With a short walk to the private beach we loved the beautiful sunsets and nightly paddle boat rides. The owners are lovely to work with, you can see the pride of ownership throughout their lovely home.

    Great location, needs updating

    We were very excited to rent this property based on the listing description. While the property location is nice - you really are a road crossing away from the pond and views, but the listing itself is not accurate.

    The appliances are far from new, maybe they were new in 2000? One bedroom with a queen bed does not have a door, just a shower rod with a curtain. And the downstairs bathroom shower was snug.

    Overall, the place really needs a deep clean. We felt pretty grimy after a day, and realized it was mostly because the place was in need of a deep clean. Would recommend this place for its convenience to a pond beach but note the listing is dated! show more show less

    We were so surprised by the review. The house is professionally cleaned each rental, all surfaces are sanitized. Bathrooms are cloroxed and all floors are vacuumed and mopped.
    As far as the appliances the stove is like brand new and the dishwasher is just one years old. It is true the refrigerator is older but works perfect. It is on our list for the next update.
    As far as the distance to the water the little dirt road in front of the house is the only thing keeping you from the water.
    I wish I had known you were displeased I would have come down to the house myself and offered to clean anything you felt was not cleaned properly. Like I said we have never had a complaint about cleanliness.

    We spent a beautiful week at this bright, cheerful and charming home. It has everything a family could need! Loved the waterfront views of the sunsets - centrally located yet off the beaten path. Wonderful neighborhood - quaint and quiet. Laura was terrific to work with. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

    We had a family reunion here, and the location and house were perfect! The view of Follins Pond is lovely, the kayaks were great, the house was clean and modern. I hope we can come back soon!

    "The listing description was everything it said it was and much more! The house is clean and very well maintained. We had an opportunity to meet both Laura and Jeff who are delightful and very easy to work with. My sisters and I felt very fortunate in finding this home. We are from California/Colorado and not at all familiar with the area. Once here we almost did not want to leave the home with its beautiful setting right on the pond(lake). We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds and our evening cocktails watching the sunset. The beach is right there for sunbathing or kayaking. We did check out the rest of the Cape along with the islands and decided that Dennis is not only one of the prettiest towns on the Cape, but with its central location it made for a great "home" base.     We have been on this site for many years with other properties. I will always try to be prompt with my responses and to ensure you and your family have a wonderful stay!

    What is special about this property?
    Love this house it has so much charm and history it once belonged to Captain Chase!

    The house has a huge enclosed back yard that is fenced in. It also has a basketball court and two outdoor showers. Wonderful for families.

    The home is so close to so many beaches in Dennis.

    You can walk to restaurants, mini golf and ice cream.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis is centrally located on the cape.

    It has so many wonderful restaurants. Their are 32 beaches in Dennis!
