This is the perfect place to stay on the Cape. The cottage has everything you need to cook a meal, relax and watch one of the three TVs, or just settle into a comfy chair to read. Plus there's a washer and dryer in the basement. For bikers and hikers the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just a few minutes away, and it's an easy ride to see beautiful views of the Cape, or to find great places to eat. Best of all, the owners are attentive to your every need. We've been coming to the Cape for 13 years, and this lovely cottage is our favorite place to stay. We love it!

This is the third consecutive summer our family and dog have stayed in one of Julie's houses in beautiful Eastham. The houses have been very clean, have a homey atmosphere, are very well equipped, and provide wonderful sites for families to enjoy each other. Decks and yards offer attractive and comfortable outside space. Locations are great! The owners are committed to providing their renters with a positive experience and are responsive and welcoming!

Orchard Breeze is a sweet house in a quiet neighborhood in Eastham. We love its proximity to the bicycle trail as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. Orleans is about 10 minutes in one direction and Provincetown is 20 minutes in the other. And beaches galore are nearby! The house is well stocked with a very nice kitchen, a basement full of all kinds of rainy day activities, and a very helpful washer and dryer.

Great location and the house had all the amenities you would need. The basement is also great with lots of supplies for the beach or bike rides.

Another wonderful week's stay at the Nielsen's comfy home, our 7th year! We always enjoy our time at the cape especially because of this rental. They are fantastic hosts! It's close to everything one might need, the fabulous restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend!

We rented a house we found close to everything!! That is was !! This home was cozy had a great deck grill area !! We so enjoyed our honeymoon there definitely a house for family and kids !! They offered everything you might need from kitchen to outside activities!! Even thought we're older we really enjoyed this property close to everything ten beaches and more P town half hour !! Great seafood all around Arnold's right up street and was so awesome seafood there !! Dog friendly !! Best view for sun set sunken meadow beach five minutes up the road !!!

Julie was a great host we came few days late !!! She accommodated us with no extra money and I was so thankful from our hearts !! Plus we had a beautiful gift that we enjoyed left to us so thankful !!! Any questions we had she responded right away !! It's a beautiful little get away I'd stay there again and again as our honeymoon spot !!

The owners and Summer Breeze are always a delight to book and stay with. Julie and her family are wonderful, super flexible with our changing booking, very responsive, and the house was extremely clean -- as always. We love staying here and in other Summer Breeze homes and return several times a year.

We really enjoyed our stay in this sweet, very clean and comfortable home. Julie is a very gracious host and easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need and is well organized. Old Orchard Road is centrally located but quiet and peaceful at night and full of bird song in the morning. It's very close to many beautiful beaches and the bike trail. The backyard and deck is private and has a great volleyball net. Great for a family, very cute kids room!
We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning in the future!

As always, our stay at Orchard breeze was comfy and delightful! The house is very clean and well stocked with all you would need. The yard is lovely with new plantings and the deck is a great spot to hang with coffee in the morning.

This is our 5th year staying and we'll keep coming back. The owners are always available and responsive. We love it and our dog does too!

Our 4 weeks in Eastham at Orchard Breeze were beyond our expectation. The house had every convenience you could think of and Julie and Dave were very attentive. They take very good care of the property. It is so comfortable and homey.

The location, just off Rt 6 and a couple of houses from the bike path, is perfect. We highly recommend this home.

We had a lovely time while staying at Orchard Breeze in Eastham. The house is in a great location to bike to the Eastham beaches and a short drive to local restaurants. Very close to the bike path for longer bike rides. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement and the badminton net in the backyard. And, a lovely back porch to sit outside the weather and a meal.

We had a lovely vacation at this home and will return in the future.

Another year, another great summer week at the Cape. We've been coming back to Orchard Breeze for 5 or 6 years now, and once again, the property (which feels like a second home) was upgraded (new floors) and very comfortable. We love the deck, private yard, room between neighbors, outdoor shower and cleanliness that greets us every year. Julie is a great host and very responsive. We'll be back!

From our initial contact with the owners we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They're truly kind and helpful and I haven't even got to the house! We stayed at the Orchard house. It's the perfect sized house for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6. Much of the house has been upgraded. A very large yard and basement with games to keep kids (and adults!) of all ages content for hours! We can't wait to visit again!

We very much enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze. When I say "we," I mean my husband, 2 cats and me! Our cats were as happy as we were. The living room and bed were very comfortable. It was nice having two bathrooms as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our two week stay. You can only eat so many fried clams. The weather was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck reading and for me doing morning yoga. The outdoor shower was perfect with plenty of hot water. Julie was very nice to work with and a good communicator, and really just a nice person. We highly recommend this home and area. So close to Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beach.

This was our third year at this house. It is truly comfortable, and has everything we need to enjoy our vacation. Grill, laundry, outdoor shower, patio furniture...great location.

We loved our stay at Orchard Breeze. Located just off Brackett Rd., it's just moments away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail - a big part of the Cape experience for us. It's also conveniently close to great eats and treats (think Mac's Seafood, Karoo Restaurant, Arnold's, Beanstock Coffee, Ben & Jerry's, and the Chocolate Cafe) as well as a gas station to fuel the ride back home. Despite the convenience, the setting is all peace and quiet. It's truly a home away from home with all the household amenities you could want from coffee grinder to smart TV hook up with access to your streaming subscriptions. Loved the cleaning service that allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation right to the very end!

We stayed at Orchard Breeze recently when I was in town for a conference. The owners were easy to work with, easily reachable, and fair in all our dealings. We were able to bring our dog, which was great. The house is only a few blocks from the main drag, where you can dine, walk around, get ice cream, etc, and even closer to the bike trail, which runs through the Cape. There is a place to rent bikes less than 1/4 mile walk away. You do have to drive to the beach, but that's not an inconvenience.

The house is not big, but is more than adequate, and the deck more than makes up for any lack of roominess inside. There is a large deck with a BBQ where we spent a lot of time while we were there. We ate some meals out on the deck and enjoyed the wooded yard.

The house was clean, and well stocked. There are 2 full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, and one in the hall, and both were well appointed and clean. The kitchen had all the tools and stuff you'd need to cook for yourself, which was impressive, as many vacation houses have the bare minimum. In the basement are game tables for kids if you have them, as well as a washer/dryer, which certainly comes in handy if you're spending a week and may go to the beach, bike riding, or otherwise feel the need to do some laundry.

I would definitely recommend this house and/or stay there again.

This is the second time we stayed at this home, and we are planning on returning next year. The owner is very personable, and communication was great. The home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was recently renovated, and we appreciated being able to bring the dog. The cottage is close to both ocean and bayside beaches.

Listing is VERY accurate!!! Pet friendly house is GREAT!.....very clean & had everything we needed to enjoy a vacation away from home. Loved the convenience to the National Seashore beaches. Outdoor shower & gas grill are a huge plus! Communication with Julie was great! Highly recommend Orchard Breeze!!!!

Our family of five, plus small dog, had a very relaxing week in this home. Spring is a great time to visit Cape Cod as it's so uncrowded. Our weather was a little chilly, but we still had a lot of fun biking on the rail trail (tip: bike to PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet - it's an amazing little French bakery/cafe), playing in the yard, exploring Eastham & all of the beaches, stopping by Ben & Jerry's nearly every day (it's a blessing & a curse that it's so nearby), watching beautiful sunsets (First Encounter beach at sunset when the tide was out was the best), earning Junior Park Ranger badges at the National Seashore, etc..

The homeowner, Julie, was friendly & responsive. The home was super clean & well stocked with everything. We thought it may be a little small at first, but it was perfect for us. The kids liked being able to play ping pong, air hockey, etc in the basement. We've rented many vacation homes, over the years, and this one ranks up near the top of our list due to cleanliness, location, & positive homeowner interactions. Thank you, Julie! We hope to return one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. The cottage was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a week. The cellar was a bonus with ping pong and air hockey. We brought our own beach chairs, but there were even chairs and boogie boards available. Being able to take our dog on vacation was a plus. The cottage is located in a great area, a short ride away from ocean or bayside beaches. Wiley Pond was a great stop to swim after the beach. By coming off season, our dog was able to walk out at low tide and swim at Wiley Pond. We all had a great time and look forward to next year.

We really needed a break from our hectic schedules and this house was the perfect fit for us. This home was very clean, well-kept, comfortable and cozy. We've been vacationing in the Cape for over 10 years, and this home is now one of our favorites!

This was our first time in Cape Cod and it couldn't have been a better family holiday. With 5 people, including a 6 and a 2 year old, we had a perfect cottage, (the games room and the ensuite bathroom are definately added bonuses) Eastham was also a great location to see all the highlights of the Cape, or just chill out at the beach. Is it possible to be homesick for a place you've been to once? Looking forward to next year already!

The Cape is just lovely in September- less crowded but almost everything is still open. Just got back tonight from our Eastham vacation, and wish we'd never had to leave. This house is perfect in location- close to both the busier Mid-Cape and the more isolated and beautiful Outer Cape. Our favorite days this trip were out to Wellfleet Harbor and Center and exploring the Great Island trails- like having a private beach. Sunset at 1st Encounter and seal sightings at Cahoon Hollow were incredible. The house is just right for a family with a couple of kids, and the basement game room made it seem larger than it was, along with the great outdoor shower and good sized deck. There are neighbors, but you don't ever feel like people are right on top of you, and all you hear at night are the crickets. Close to both the ocean and the bay... just lovely. The owners are very nice and clearly take good care of the place and of their tenants. Thanks for a wonderful week.

My husband & I have been traveling to the Cape for the past 4 years. The owners take much pride in making sure that their guests have a wonderful vacation by providing everything to make you feel at home. The location is incredible, the beach is right down the road, bike trail 1/2 block away, stores, and our favorite restaurants right up road. The house is situated on a side street that offers tons of privacy. The house was extremely cozy, clean & modern. Thanks for letting us bring our dog - he had a wonderful time at the beach. You'll be hearing from us again next time we visit the Cape!
