Spectacular Old Silver Beach House

Our extended family rented this lovely home for a week in July. We couldn't have been happier! It was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The outside deck was an ideal spot to read, relax, and have family dinners. Kyle, the owner, was responsive to any questions posed. We look forward to returning next summer!

Just returned from a two week stay at this fabulous house! From the moment I saw the hydrangea bushes in bloom surrounding the front porch, I knew this house was the perfect choice for my Cape vacation. Its cleanliness, spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, modern appliances, beautifully decorated interior, large back deck and quiet neighborhood are some of the features that make this house so special.

My favorite is the master bedroom/bathroom located on the first floor, the ideal setup when vacationing with multigenerational family. An added bonus is its great location, with beautiful Old Silver beach within walking distance and all the Falmouth restaurants, sights and shopping a short drive away. This house provided all the comforts of home, only better!...Hope to return next summer...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

House was well maintained and perfect for the extended family. The ground floor master suite was perfect for mobility impaired elders. The kitchen, dining room and deck were allowed lots of space for preparing great meals and relaxing comfortably. Great proximity to the beach and bike path.

Just returned from a fabulous vacation in this beautiful Cape house.The home has all the amenities you could want. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living areas and a great large deck to enjoy morning coffee. Kyle was great to work with. Five stars all around. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

From the minute we walked into this home, we knew we had made a great decision. Well maintained, immaculately clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on its fabulous deck as well as grilling in the evening. A true family friendly home, Location is fabulous as we walked to Old Silver Beach every day and the Shining Sea Bike Path on several occasions. It truly was a home away from home. Thank you, Kyle. Great house! Really beautiful home with a cottage feel! Short walk to the beach...the deck is beautiful and the bedrooms are spacious! The kitchen is well laid out and the appliances are excellent! The owners are easy to work with and we would definitely rent this house again!

We vacation with a multi generational crew and this house has something for everybody. Accessible first floor master for the grandparents, a "bunk room " for the teens and tweens, and a deck that everyone loves. Very comfortable with lovely furnishings. We love the location, easy walk to Old Silver Beach and just close enough to downtown Falmouth. Great house and a great vacation!

The weather wasn't perfect but this house sure was! We've rented houses in Falmouth and Orleans for the past 20 years, and this house was simply the best. Its cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, newer appliances, beachy décor, and great location are some of its superior features. For us, the dining room table provided a roomy, comfortable space to gather around, not to eat, but to work on our traditional 2000 piece summer puzzle, which we did complete! If it's comfort and a home away from home you'll truly enjoy, this is the house for you.

We have rented a beach home on Cape Cod for many years, but this was our best experience to-date!

The owners were very responsive, while the home was immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated!

The home is also well-situated to take advantage of all the amenities that the Cape has to offer! The 10.7 mile-long Shining Sea Bike trail is easily accessible, while Old Silver Beach is just a short walk. We especially enjoyed pina colada drinks on the oceanfront deck of the Sea Crest Hotel at sunset as well as the ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard with a round-trip ocean-side bike ride from Oak Bluffs to Edgartown.

We look forward to another week at this home next summer!

This house was exactly as advertised!! The house comfortably fit our two families of four. The owner was very responsive to all questions and had some terrific suggestions for places to dine! Old Silver Beach is a short walk and the Shining Sea bike path very easy to access. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

As everyone else has stated, the house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures in the listing. We had everything that we needed for a great vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the family room large and comfortable for relaxing, and the bedrooms and beds quite comfortable as well. The house was immaculate and well beautifully decorated. The owners left a wonderful handbook which included useful information such as the short cut to the Shining Sea Bike Path which we used daily. It was only a short walk to Old Silver Beach. The place was absolutely beautiful! The owner gave us all the information we needed to settle in. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean and comfortable. Old Silver Beach was only a short walk from the house, and the spacious deck was a wonderful place to gather for lunch or dinner. Our family had an excellent time, and I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

We just returned from spending a week at this gorgeous home. Like the other reviewers have said, the pictures of this home are exactly what you will see when you arrive. Everything is in immaculate condition and beautifully decorated, yet comfortable at the same time. It is a short (less than 10 minutes walk) to Old Silver Beach, which we enjoyed going to every day. The house is also air conditioned, which we needed the last couple of days when it got hot and very humid! It was a welcome relief. We would not hesitate to rent this house again and can highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the perfect Cape Cod vacation. (And the homeowner, Kyle, is awesome to work with!)

We've all seen pictures of houses online that are ultimately bogus and can pretty much ruin a vacation. In the case of this home, the pictures do not do justice to the actual house! Everything is basically brand new and immaculate! Kyle has done a FANTASTIC job furnishing the house with EVERYTHING you need for a great vacation! Great location in a great house that makes you feel right at home. The house has everything you need. You can walk to the beach or take a short ride to Falmouth Center for dinner and an ice cream. We highly recommend this house if you are looking for a great family vacation.

Absolutely gorgeous outside AND inside!!! The house is decorated beautifully and everything is new. The beds were very comfy. The owner has everything you need - pots, glasses, serving dishes, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The best part is that it is a very short walk to the beach (3/10 of a mile). We did not have to drag food to the beach because we could just walk back for lunch. Highly recommend this house.
