Three sets of French doors lead to a 40 foot deck with great views of the point, ocean and sunsets. Here there are chaises, Adirondack chairs, dining furniture and a gas grill. Completing the second level are a beautiful full bath and spacious den with sectional couch, desk, high speed wireless internet access, cable TV, VCR, DVD, dozens of games, books and puzzles. A queen mattress is provided for additional sleeping.
Our private, warm-water beach is a few steps from the house. An enclosed outside shower is available, as is a charming shed to store bicycles. The gardens and patio and decks around the house contain wonderful places to relax, read, and restore. Overall there is a romantic quality to the property with its draped wisteria, beach roses and grand blue hydrangeas. Everything is included for an extraordinary experience in a special part of the world. In addition to our beautiful beach, Falmouth offers 68 miles of spectacular coastline with many quaint harbors for great boating and fishing.
The area also boasts some of the best golf courses on the Cape. Falmouth village is quintessential Cape Cod with a charm and appeal all its own, with wide brick sidewalks, stunning flowers, gas streetlamps, wonderful outdoor cafes, unique shops and art galleries as well as a family entertainment center. Several movie complexes are nearby, as well as a local theatre group. The Shining Sea Bike Path, one of Falmouth's great treasures, runs 3.5 miles into Woods Hole, where the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and ferries to Martha's Vineyard are located.
Arrange for a whale watching expedition, a fishing expedition, visit the National Seashore Park, take in the uniqueness of Provincetown, or spend the day exploring the charm of The King's Highway (Route 6A), one of the country's oldest and most beautiful winding roads lined with cranberry bogs, old country inns, wonderful antique shops, art galleries and charming cafes and restaurants.
We spent time at this amazing home just around memorial day of 2011. The house was beautiful, immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. We made the short walk to the beach a number of times and used the convenient access to town to also sample much of what Falmouth had to offer. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this property."

My family and I spend our Easter holiday weekend at this amazing home! This was definitely a "Home" to the fullest definition of the word. We felt at home from the moment we walked in and meet the owners to the last second when we drove away looking in our rearview mirror. It was so spacious yet very warm and had every amenity that one would look for in a rental property. The views are spectacular and the furnishings from sitting areas to the sheets were impeccable. We had young children and grandparents and everyone was satisfied! The house had such wonderful light from all the large windows that even on a rainy dreary day it felt bright and sunny! The kids were especially thrilled that the Easter Bunny was able to find us and even hid all their eggs!!! We will definitely rent this home again and absolutely keep in touch with the owners who have such a positive energy that you feel like you are renting from relatives and not strangers. A+++. *Stephanie M."

Guest review from Chris Barnowski on 7/26/2010 for a stay in June 2010.
"This place is great! Tons of room, excellent views, and a quick strike to either Wood's Hole or Falmouth. It was the perfect setting for "wedding headquarters" as we hosted my family the week of the big day. Myra and Richard are a delight to deal with and I can say without hyperbole that we felt more like house guests than renters. Would definitely recommend to a friend or return for another getaway."

We loved your house, W. Falmouth and the whole Cape. Your house was perfect for our group of three couples. Location is superb - right on Buzzard's Bay. One of the things we enjoyed most about your house was your paintings - excellent! We stayed in one night, but tried the restaurants recommended in your book and thoroughly enjoyed all of them, but especially Dana's Kitchen - had them cater a dinner at your place. We visited Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, and Newport, RI. We would definitely plan a revisit to Sippewissett - assuming, of course, that we could get your place again.
