Dennis was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions. The house was exactly as seen, the kitchen well stocked. There were even some necessary cooking supplies as well! The hot tub was a nice addition after a long day.

The owners were very proactive and transparent on the property. Check in was easy. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay here again!

Excellent getaway, conveniently located near some great beaches on cape cod. Very seamless check-in as well- we highly enjoyed our stay.

Dennis and Betty Anne's place was perfect for our trip. Check in/out was easy, we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and in the hot tub. The house was very comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants we were interested in. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful house for our big Thanksgiving crew
We stayed over Thanksgiving and yes, we cooked the whole thing there. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped (we brought some stuff like sharp knifes, but the rest was all there). Arrival as a snap, and Dennis always responded quickly in a few cases I had questions. The house is on a residential street near Rt 6 -- a nice yard and lots of nice accoutrements outside ... which we mostly didn't use since it was so cold. The hot tub would have been nice, but it's closed after October I guess. Inside is spacious, and our teen kids and their guests spent most of the nights downstairs in the great basement.So it's a really functional house, and well-maintained. Actually kind of impressive as the shower was sparkling and freshly grouted, all the appliances worked well, and the place was clean and in working order. Great place to hang out, especially in warmer weather.

Great thanksgiving weekend
We had a great time! The house was really nice and accommodated my family perfectly. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stay in the future!

Cozy and comfortable
Our family including our two dogs - enjoyed our short stay in this centrally located home in Yarmouth. The home was clean and comfortable and was everything we expected. My kids and I enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was responsive to our inquiries, and was easy to contact and talk to. The check in was easy and convenient as well.

We had a great time here with my parents, my husband and our mini goldendoodle pup. This house could have easily accommodated 4 more people. Super clean and easy to figure out where things are upon arrival. Dennis was also great at responding to questions before and during the stay - best I've experienced through homeaway rentals). Highlights of the house were the hot tub, beautiful yard and tiki bar garden, and great location where we could explore all parts of the cape without having to drive for too long. There were also lots of great places near by to get coffee / donuts (village coffee), seafood (captain frostys right down the street), and watch a movie at the Cape Cinema! We hope to return in the future!

Dennis and Betty Anne made us feel very welcome. They were available for questions and suggestions. The house was exactly as described. It was very well stocked. We cooked a Thanksgiving Dinner and had everything we needed. We brought our dog and it was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a nice grocery store and fish market within walking distance. There are plenty of games, puzzles and sports equipment. We biked, played badminton, and bocce ball.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. This home was perfect for the 9 of us. We had a great day at Corporation beach which was only about 10 minutes away and we spent our evenings playing LCR ,great little dice game. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit was an extra bonus. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet but close to restaurants and grocery store. Dennis was more than helpful during the entire process and even checked in with us after to arrived. We were only there for the weekend, but, would have loved to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

This home was perfect for our cape cod vacation! We were two families of 4 with 4 children total ranging from 2-6 years old and our golden retriever. The three bedrooms were all good sized with adequate storage for everything a family travelling with children comes with! it was also extremely helpful to have the 1.5 bath, with a large group someone always is looking to use the bathroom! The bar top counter in the kitchen was a hit with all the kids for daily breakfasts! we also loved the finished basement with tv/movies for the kids to allow adults time to relax upstairs! We shared many nights around the dining room table with monopoly (supplied by the owners) The children enjoyed nightly bike rides around the quiet neighborhood, smores on the deck in the fire pit, and playing in the tiki hut in the yard. we went to the dennis beaches daily all were within 5 minutes drive and perfect for families with small children! we also traveled to hyannis and yarmouth for some outings and both were within 15 minutes of the house. Dennis was very helpful throughout the entire process, he was prompt at returning emails and phone calls, we definitely look forward to returning soon!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The house was incredibly charming. It had beautiful trees and flowers surrounding it. It was on a quiet street that wasn't far from bike trails, or markets and gas stations. There were photographs throughout the house that I think Dennis took himself; we loved them. Dennis and Betty Anne were great! We did not need to contact them much as everything was pretty much laid out. Anything that required instructions were put on the fridge. This made it an easy-going weekend. We loved the house and the area...we'll definitely be back next year.

My family and I rented this property to host a weekend gathering on the Cape to celebrate my college graduation. The neighborhood was peaceful and private, and the home was perfect for our occasion. The house was very roomy! There was plenty of room for people to sleep and we didn't even need to utilize the finished basement. The backyard was my favorite aspect! It's very private with a hot tub and a deck, and it was perfect for our group of people. We were very happy with our stay!

We made Dennis & Betty Anne's our "home base" during the Ragnar Cape Cod race and we had a wonderful time there. Our team of 12 had ample amount of space to crash after our race, and had everything that we needed during our time there. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had and also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We only wish we had enough energy after our race to take advantage of all of the games & activities that were stocked in the house.

Very nice house!
Quite place, what we needed to rest from the city life. The fireplace was a grate help to make the joy better.

Denise was very productive. I gave him pretty much 2 hour notice and thanks to him in two hours we were good to go:-))
