We had an amazing two weeks the house the grounds the private beacjh were perfect my kids my grandchildren are still raving. About itif anyone is looking for perfect summer vacation. Hedge row should be on your radar and the carr family is nearby to help you with any situation that may arise

We had a fantastic time at the house. Wonderful location. The views were great, the house was clean, the neighbors (owners and renters) were friendly, and Robert was very responsive (although we didn't need much). The house was in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to beaches. We brought a sailboat and launched it nearby. When we ate at the house, we were always inside. The outdoor table and chairs didn't look comfortable, but we preferred eating inside anyway. We stayed on the first floor and that room was the master and very comfortable. It was a much larger house than we needed so we never used the upstairs, but it would have been comfortable even if our three kids were able to join us. We were able to keep our bikes in the garage outside. We only biked from the house once and took the bikes to different places along the rail trail. The grill was not large but would be fine for a family of 5. We hope to come back soon!

Outstanding 3 bedroom home with terrific views of Lewis Bay from the two front deck areas. The house is very nicely decorated, contains every amenity one would need on vacation, and is only a 2 minute walk to your own private beach. The home is located in a very safe area which is ideal for morning/evening walks or bike rides. There are many restaurants nearby and you are close to all the attractions (mini-golf, tour boats, watersports, etc.) in the Yarmouth and Hyannis areas. The owners (Bob and Joan) are extremely friendly and have always been very helpful to my family to ensure each summer vacation is special. We have rented this home for the past 8 summers which indicates how much my family enjoys returning each year. If your looking for a special home to enjoy your vacation on the cape, I highly recommend this property.

Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom home with spectacular views of Lewis Bay. 2 outdoor decks for watching the sunsets or enjoying dinner on. Nice outdoor shower with a big yard for the kids to play in. Pristine private beach less than 50 yards away. Centrally located to all the attractions of Hyannis and Yarmouth/Dennis. Can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely and plenty of room for our family of 7. The owners were both gracious and accommodating. The view was great and the beach was terrific. Look forward to returning next year.

You know it's a great vacation when you do not want to leave. The kids (obviously) did not want to come home, and the extremely hard to impress in laws were in fact impressed! Having to come back to reality (the daily grind) is the only disappointment we felt after staying in this house. This place is all you need and more for the beach get-away we were looking for.

The PRIVATE beach is a mere 30 second walk down the road, and the views from the house are exactly what you see in professional pictures. We loved our stay and the owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Morning runs around the quiet neighborhood and beaches were very relaxing and an awesome Irish breakfast place is right down the road. We will definitely be looking to come back and stay again this year!

A truly magical, cozy Cape Cod rental home on a quiet street. Plenty of room...beautifully appointed/decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities one could need. Amazing water views - beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes. Easy access to private beach - across the street. Owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. Absolutely loved our time at this property and would highly recommend.

House is beautiful. Views are great and just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, and utensils. It's a lovely place to stay.

Loved the location, the home, the beach, clean salt water, etc. Great weather, very clean home, everything you expect (and more) from a rental. Neighborhood is excellent, very quiet, and the views of the water and boats are outstanding. Close to excellent restaurants, golf, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Definitely coming back in 2016.

We stayed at this beautiful home for one week this summer. We have vacationed many times down the Cape but found this house to be one of the best. The house is in incredible condition and location is perfect - steps to the beach on a quiet street. The owners live locally and are more than happy to make sure you have everything you need. Our family will be back!

We loved the size and location of this home with the lovely water views. Joan and Bob were just across the street to assist us at any time. The master queen suite and large bath were very comfortable. No need for a/c in this house, the ocean breezes were magnificent. However, for the price, the quality and cleanliness of the living room couches, rugs and all of the linens were far below our expectations!
