Much more than your typical rental. This luxury home is ideally located close to Surfside Beach, just a ten minute walk on a paved bike path. Great out door built in 8 person hot tub.
The open living plan is a large kitchen that is open to a sitting area and dinning with French doors to an out door patio that has a large dinning area and out door grill.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first level and the master is upstairs another large bedroom in the finished basement with it's own entrance. There is a large hot tub off of the family room and lots of out door living space.
There are several hand painted murals and wonderful original local art pieces.

The house is across the street from a bike path. If you like to bike Nantucket has many wonderful bike paths and great trails for mountain biking.
The walk to Surfside beach is just 10 minutes. Town is a 4 minute drive or you can take a shuttle Bus in or ride your bike so you don't have to have a car. If you need bikes they can be delivered and picked up right at the house.
Nantucket has many wonderful resterants to chose from and I'm happy to give reccomendations. There is great shopping, fishing, boating,sailing, tennis, night life, plays, music, spas, yoga..
This home is on the market for sale a great oportunity to own a Nantucket home. If you rent do not worry we will close after the rental season but will need a show clause.
This is a wonderful family home.
