My family and I had a fantastic stay at Jim & Ann's beautiful home. The house was incredibly clean and it has everything a family would need for a relaxing, fun week on the island. This was our first vacation during the COVID-era and we were thrilled to be in such a great location near Surfside beach. We biked everywhere, which was a memorable way to take in all of the sights from the beaches to downtown. Jim and Ann are exceptional, answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable once arriving. Our week on Nantucket was a wonderful break from what has been a stressful time. This rental property is ultra clean. Jim (host and landlord) did a great job in getting back to us
quickly with answers to any of our questions.

Everything you need for a great vacation is there. We like to cook and we found everything we needed to make some great meals. We especially liked the new gas grill out on the back deck.

You are located a short and enjoyable walk on the bike path from the house to Surfside Beach. You're also just a very short drive to the mid-island Stop & Shop and all the mid-island restaurants.

At night, if the surf is up, you can hear the waves from Surfside Beach at the house. There's just nothing more relaxing.

Our first time staying in this location and we thought the home was amazing!! The couple that owns the property could've been more helpful and kind.

It's was spotless and so comfortable and convenient to all we needed and wanted to do on the island. I usually don't write reviews but this one needed to be posted it was that incredible!!

My wife and I spent almost three weeks here the summer of 2020. It was absolutely fantastic and Jim and Ann were so hospitable. The house was clean and well kept. Easy walk to the beach and convenient to get into town. I would highly recommend this property!

Comfortable and Spacious
House location was perfect for the beach, bike path and quick trips to town. Equipped with literally everything you"ll need. The owner Jim was super, connected right away, asked if we needed anything, explained the necessary info and he fishes!

We have been staying at this property for years. Everything is always super clean and well appointed. This property is in a great location. The beach is a 5 min walk with the most incredible sunsets.

Great location - quiet, just 1/2 mile from the beach, great walking paths. The house was spotless.
2 Gladlands worked perfectly for our needs. Spacious rooms, clean & well provisioned in a quiet neighborhood made for a wonderful week on Nantucket. Our host, Jim, was most gracious & available if we needed him.

This home is clean, bright and perfect location to everything.
6 years and counting at this great home. Our family loves the location and the deck area out back. Super clean and spacious.

Comfortable, cozy hideaway.
First, it was scrupulously clean. Next, it is quietly private. The front and back yards are surrounded by tall bushes and trees; you can see the owners' house next door if you try to. Even with this seclusion, you are only some 50 yards from Surfside Road and an easy bike ride to Surfside Beach. We liked the cool September nights for sleeping - with the Master Bath having its own heat zone for the morning shower. The house does look like the pictures, and the rear deck faces south for shoulder season warmth (weather co-operating). My wife and I came for the week before a wedding; our son and his wife came, laptops in hand, to work at their jobs during the day and join us at 5 o'clock. Everything we needed was there. Our hosts were friendly and most accommodating. The only thing that will disappoint you is, that when you leave, you'll wish it were YOUR house and that you could return whenever you'd like. Well, you never know - talk to Jim!
