This old captain's house sleeps 12 comfortably in 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 1 half bath with an outside shower. One of the nice features of this property is that it has a very large living room and is located across the street from the beach. The first floor has a living room, dining room and off the kitchen is a room with a washer and dryer and full bath. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath. The second floor has four bedrooms, one with twin beds, two with one double bed in each, and the last has two doubles in one room. we supply linens but no towels.
We do not allow college student's to rent this house.
