The house is located between Surfside and Nobadeer in a quiet residential neighborhood. You can hear the surf with a southwest wind (just about all summer!). Ideal for families. Lots of interesting woodwork and special touches gives the home a very warm and cozy feeling. Parking for 2 large or 3 small vehichles. The house is set 300' deep in the southern end of lot, down a long driveway, and is separated from a cottage (which is off the driveway towards the front of the lot, and is also available for rent, by over 200' of trees and natural vegetation. There is a enclosed grassy and wooded back yard which is fenced in and attached to the house on both sides - very safe for small kids and/or pets.
