This Vineyard style cottage is located just steps from Menemsha Beach, the docks, fish markets, and restaurants. Enjoy fishing from the docks and sunset at the beach. Situated on a small hill above conservation land, there are views to Cuttyhunk from a large deck, living, and dining areas.

The layout is ideal for two couples or a small family. A foldout bed is provided to accommodate a couple with three children. The house features two large bedrooms, one large bathroom, and a large open kitchen/dining/living area. The interior has recently been renovated and air conditioning installed. Beamed ceilings,a bright interior, and a water view create the charm and character of summer cottage living. Access to Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket Beaches in Chilmark is available.
