Beautiful, Newly Renovated, 5 BR/3 Bath, Edgartown Home

This home is just incredible! Better than advertised! It feels huge inside. And it was spotless - so clean and meticulously maintained. We stayed with 6 people and everyone had more than enough space to be together in the dining room and living room and also to have separate down time in the many bedrooms. The beaches are stunning and the bike trails could not be better. We biked to Oak Bluffs several times (just 20 minutes on a paved bike trail that runs parallel and safely separated from the road - we went to see the adorable gingerbread painted houses in OB). A short drive to the best take out Fish & Chips ever and super close to a well stocked Stop and Shop grocery store for cooking at home.

The owners have stocked the home with literally every single thing you could ever think of wanting. Want to go for a beautiful neighborhood walk surrounded by traditional local trees and homes? Check! Got a group of people in the mood for a bike ride? Check! Want to BBQ? Check. Craving a walk on the beautiful nearby beaches? Check! Need a beach umbrellas and chairs to go hang out at the beach? Check! Teens want a separate space to watch tv on their own at night? Check! And then we snuggled into the comfy beds at night. We rented this house for a wk for 9 of us. The house has everything you would need for a vacation home. The kitchen was extremely well supplied with a variety of spices/ condiments/pots/ pans. There was a huge quantity of tableware/ utensils/ glasses / cups. The garage was well stocked with anything you would need for the beach- umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart. There were 5 bicycles for us to use with bicycle locks. The layout was very friendly for a group gathering- nice living space, Big dining table, additional room for kids to hangout in and play games. There were board games, 1000 pieces puzzles that everyone participated in completing, nice backyard for hanging out The Location was idea as well. You can bicycle to town- 4 mile bicycle ride on safe bicycle lane to Edgartown or Oak Bluffs (we had 5 kids between age of 12-16 - and we felt very comfortable bicycling with them to either town).

There were multiple stores/ restaurants 3 miles away that we used for takeout ( there was very limited restaurants available for sit in dining due to Coronavirus). Bad Martha brewery was only 3 miles away with outdoor seating.

The owner was very thoughtful, very quick to call/ email with any questions or concerns. We have rented many houses in the past for family get togethers and this is definitely one of the best. show more show less

Absolutely great experience, spent 2 weeks with family members and could not have had a better time..this house is huge inside, furnished with just about all you could really need, big comfortable deck out back with great outdoor shower. bikes for old and young, beach chairs, umbrellas, fireplace for chilly nights. We will be staying here every year. We found our dream island vacation rental...Vineyard vibe with all the amenities! P.S. The owners are a lovely couple to deal with.
