Matt went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The house was perfect for our family of five, kids ranging 1 - 5. We're already planning to rent again next year!

Extremely comfortable, perfectly located to beach, town and anywhere you'd like to visit. Everything you need is at your finger tips. It is very well appointed.

The owner, Matthew, is extremely easy to work with and goes out of his way to make sure you are having an excellent summer vacation. Recommend very highly!!

Great house for a Vineyard vacation. Great location, very quiet and peaceful. Also close enough to ride to the beach or town. Plenty of room for a family and lots of amenities and suggestions from the owner of things to do. Matt was great to work with and easy to communicate with. Wonderful vacation! We used to vacation on the Vineyard regularly and always stayed at the same house. This year, we decided to stay at a different part of MV and couldn't be happier that we did! The location of this house is perfect - midway between Edgartown Center and South Beach. The house is clean, super comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to spread out. Matt couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. And the house comes with bikes, kites, etc. We're definitely coming back to this house!

My family and I have rented this great vacation home for the past two years now and we couldn't be happier with it! It is a very comfortable, spacious, clean home with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your Vineyard vacation. And not to mention the location is perfect! The owner, Matt, is great! He is easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any of your inquiries. We will be back again!

I cannot say enough GOOD about this rental! We planned a spur-of-the-moment, 2 week vacation this summer on MV. Matt (the owner) was extremely accommodating, providing the best suggestions for transportation to and from the island, as well as detailed information about the house, the area and its offerings. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, I was taken aback by the private, contemporary yet beach-friendly feel of the property. Tucked away on a quiet dirt road, the location is outstanding! We were in the heart of the Katama "triangle", with easy access to downtown Edgartown, South Beach and the bike path. And talk about amenities, the house is equipped with everything we needed, right down to (5) bikes and a ping-pong table! The house is clean and inviting, including the new A/C systems that are installed in each of the rooms. Skylights let in the natural light in the open living area and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, utensils, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All of the conveniences of home at your fingertips. I don't think I have enjoyed a vacation property as much as this one. We will definitely have MV on our radar for future travel.
