This adorable home is located on a large private lot which is beautifully landscaped. There is a great back deck with an area for dining and grilling overlooking the manicured back yard and flower gardens. The home is a short walk or bicycle ride to Surfside Beach, which has life guards and a concession stand, and is about 2.5 miles from Town.
Enter into an open living/dining room with wide pine floors, exposed beams, fireplace and sliders to a private deck with table chairs and gas grill. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and laundry area. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a built-in queen sized bed and the other with a day bed with a pull-out trundle.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with full sized bed, a bedroom with a daybed with a pull-out trundle and a full bathroom (T/S) accessible from both bedrooms.
