Parking $15. Narrow and long beach. The water tends to be warmer and the surf is very calm. Good spot to watch boats going in and out of the harbor.

Considerably safer swimming experience than the nearby ocean beaches of Longnook and Ballston which we still love to walk at.

Quiet, beautiful dunes, calm waters, sand bars at low tide, good shelling, amazing sunsets. Port a potties. Good parking and wheelchair accessible. No lifeguards.

We loved Ballston Beach on the ocean side, but Corn Hill Beach has handicapped accessibility which made it easier to get to and from the parking lot. We loved being able to go to all the beaches in the off season and not worry about parking permits. There were no crowds-- just what we needed in a getaway!

Easy drive from our house, great sea life for the kids to explore, calm waters, less worry of sharks, plenty of beach, easy walk from parking lot to beach, great sand.

Great sunsets. Beach fires. Not crowded, especially in early June! We had our wedding on this beach and it was fantastic.

Always pleasant there. Clams and kids doesn’t get any betterto watch the sun set too. Many years on the cape and still my favorite part of the cape and you can pay a daily rate if not staying in Truro

My favorite beach is the beach which borders the cottage below the high dunes. it is a long and wide beach which seems to be used by only those staying in the collection of 6 or 8 cottages. For AM or PM walking you can walk towards Provincetown or in the opposite direction towards Wellfleet. Both directions hold lovely views and rocks and shells for collecting. When perching yourself on the bay beach, it is fun to use binoculars to watch the passing boats and birds and be lulled to rest by the small waves of the bay. Heaven.

This beach was easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The water was warmer than the ocean side. We brought our dog there (before 9 AM or after 6 PM). It is also great for kids. Be aware that if you only visit during the limited hours that allow dogs, you do not need the beach parking pass.
