First Light Beach, Cape Cod

First Light Beach is a beach on the Cape Cod Bay. It is opening for the first time to the public on July 1, 2022 at the former Cape Cod Sea Camps property. The beach will be open to reside parking from July 1 through Labor Day from 8pm to 8am.

A resident beach parking permit is required to use the beach parking lot. Visitors are allowed to enter the property on foot or by bicycle and should check in at the gate house right off Route 6A.
