A great family beach. Warmer water, sandy beach, and calm surf make it an ideal spot to spend the day. Parking is available for $10 a day.

We were able to come here even if we only had a short amount of time for a stroll since it was so close to the house [Vacation Rental ID 33643]. It's a long beach, super clean, and calm water.

Clean, soft sand, enough waves for the older children, and safe for the younger ones, close to house [Chatham Vacation Rental ID 4564], adequate parking.

Hardings Beach was less crowded than Nauset following 2 days of overcast weather. If you like big waves, Nauset is the beach but get there early (10am) to beat the crowd. Water warmer at Hardings.

The beach is never too crowded. The other vacationers are always very nice and my kids love to catch crabs and minnows there.

When you go to Hardings Beach park as far left in the lot as possible near the path that walks you to the lighthouse.

Hardings Beach is a favorite from my childhood. It had been years since I visited it. It was so nice to return. I loved walking out to Stage Harbor Lighthouse.

This beach is great for families. The waves are fun for the kids. There is a public restroom. An ice cream truck makes an appearance several times a day. If you're not up for a walk, there is always parking available or you can be dropped off to avoid the parking fee.
