If you are a beachcomber than this is a great beach to go to as there are an abundance of shells to collect. It is also ideal for those that just love to play on the beach as the sand if very soft . The beach is large so there is plenty of room to spread out. There are two lots-Parking South Lot is residents only and the other is available for a $20 daily fee.

Great places for kids with the tide pools that form as well as rocks. This beach is at the mouth of the Swan Pond River and a great current flows at low tide, which allows for a lazy river ride on a float. Lots of fun!

It is smaller and usually less crowded than the other beaches around.

This is a great beach because it has a wide beach with life guards but it also has the river flowing into it which allows the kids to float down on tubes..it a beautiful beach as well and not too crowed because there is not a lot of parking. The rental house has a few bikes, so my husband would drive us to the beach and drop all our stuff off and ride the bike down, so it was free!
