This easily accessible beach is a great spot for swimming, fishing and watching boats pass through Cape Cod Canal. There is a boardwalk that is great for jumping off at high tide. Town Neck is beautiful and is a great spot to spend the the day. Parking is available for a daily fee.

Town Neck Beach. Close by. Not crowded. Low tide was perfect for our young grandsons. Can be rocky but we don’t mind.

Living next to this beach was wonderful [Vacation Rental ID 11328]. We loved exploring the tide pools and walking out to where the ocean met the river that comes out of Sandwich. The boardwalk is fun. There was a lot to explore.

If you get to Town Neck during high tide you can jump off the boardwalk into the water on the marsh side. Lots of people were enjoying it and our kids loved it. After that we went over to the ocean side of the beach and it was great - some rocks to climb on too! Apparently if you arrive before 9am you can park for free...as I was told by a local. We got there just after 9am so had to pay 15.00.

We loved the Boardwalk Side of Town Neck Beach. The kids jumped off the bridge and we all floated down the salt water river to where our site was. Low tide was really cool because you could sit out on the sand bar and enjoy the sun.
