Cardosa's Plumbing & Heating

We had a broken pipe that needed attention. Called Cardosa on Wednesday and made an appointment for him to come on Friday morning. He didn’t show up or bother to call and let us know that he wasn’t coming. Unprofessional and discourteous.

These guys are great! They know their stuff and have a can do attitude! They came to do one job and stayed for two days, fixing all our plumbing “problems”! They’re also very nice and upbeat guys! I recommend them completely!

When I had a leaking pipe way back in the basement crawl space, I thought it would take days or weeks to have it fixed. Cardosa is the best! He found the problem immediately, found a way to fix it and had me back "in hot water" in an hour. He thoroughly checked inside the house and out to make sure that everything was perfect and price was very reasonable. You cannot go wrong with Cardosa!

I called Cardosa's at about 11am on a Saturday in August. I needed them to fix a converter valve for my bathtub/shower in my rental home at the cape. Being a Saturday I had renters coming in at 2pm. To my shock, not only did "Cardo" answer his phone, but he said he would be able to fix the problem THAT day. I couldn't believe my good fortune. He was true to his word. He said he could be there between 4:30 and 5pm. He was running a little late so he was courteous enough to text me to let me know. After he fixed the faucet he texted me again to let me know.
I will definitely call on him again in the future.

Saturday morning we found that our hot water heater had failed. We immediately called Cardosa's. He asked us a few questions about the size and type and within hours he was there installing a new hot water heater for us. Incredible. We found him extremely efficient, pleasant and responsive. As an added bonus, he does not increase his rates for a Saturday call. Highly recommended!
