Scargo Tower is a 30-foot tall observatory set atop one of the highest points on Cape Cod. On clear days, one can see the panorama of Cape Cod Bay from Provincetown in the east to Plymouth in the west.

Old Kings Highway, commonly known as Rte. 6A, is a 34-mile stretch of road that runs across the northern or bay side of the Cape, and through some of the oldest villages in the country. The brightly colored cliffs run approximately 1 mile along the seashore and afford dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Buzzards Bay and the Elizabeth Islands. The various layers consist of sand, gravel and clay and are considered a national landmark.
