This quaint Cape Cod cottage, just minutes from Garrett's Pond and a private beach, is clean, cozy, and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms, with a queen size bed in the larger room a twin bed in the smaller bedroom , plus a ''La-Z Boy'' couch in the living room that opens into a full bed. Fireplace, screened porch, fully supplied kitchen, and outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Linens are supplied.There is cable and internet and WIFI Swing set 4 children. Minutes to Hyannis and beaches. Family oriented setting very relaxing. We do consider dogs or cats.....Both bedrooms have window ac Fireplace is not usable

No smoking in cottage, but outside is fine.
The pond is 24 acres and private. No motor boats, crystal clear fed by underground springs.....
We have 2 row boats and a kayak available for use at the pond.

    Quiet time

    This is a serene spot and hard to believe it's right off the highway. The cottage is basic but clean and has all necessities. The lake is peaceful and private and the grounds are lovely. It' a great base camp for our many Cape activities. We so enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and friendly owners.

    Renters Beware

    Renters beware!! On arrival, the door had to be kicked open, windows were stuck open, AC dripped in a bucket on the front porch. There were a bees nest and bird nest on the front porch. You can't use the microwave and AC at the same time or you would blow a fuse. The cottage was in need of a good cleaning. Barbecue was about the size of a dinner plate, and the outdoor chairs were unsafe to sit in, unless you wanted to be on the ground. The pictures on line were not updated, 2 pictures of the beach and lake were updated around the first part of August 2013. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. show more show less

    [This tenant] came in with a chip on his shoulder looking for problems, and naturally he found some. The place was clean except my girl missed a cobweb on the bottom of a chair. The door was stuck - the weather had been humid. NO BEES nest on porch. The chairs were not broken. He assumed he was going to be right on the water and when he found he was not, he was nasty.

    Two pictures were not true then as the water on the pond had come up and covered a good portion of the beach, but it will go down in the spring. My fault for not changing the pictures sooner. I'm sorry he chose not to stay - he would have enjoyed himself.

    Not one of the complaints he mentioned above was brought to our attention except for the door. If our tenants have complaints, we try to correct them immediately. My husband, who is recovering from a stroke, opened the door with no problem.    show moreshow less

    Best of both worlds

    We've been staying at this property for several years now. The location is quiet, peaceful and relaxing yet convenient to all that the Cape has to offer. Cottages are very comfortable and always clean. The lake is gorgeous and the fishing is great too! The friendly owners have a house on property which is a plus. Only negative is when we have to leave :(

    Great vacation place

    The Wright family have been staying here for many years and have never had a complaint. The cottages were always clean and comfortable. This is rustic living at its best. It is NOT a hotel or inn---just a good quiet relaxing place. You can be in any neighboring town within minutes. The proprietors are always there to help if there is a problem. Are you looking for a GREAT place to relax and have fun? Then this is the place for you. Enjoy your stay. We have.

    We have run Holiday Farm Cottages for 58 years I live on the premies

    What is special about this property?
    Our cottages are private and secluded. We are not far from Hyannis or town salt water beaches. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and try hard to please our guests.
    Its a perfect vacation spot for children
