Great place, beautiful location. The pictures don't do it justice.

We had a great time here, plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. The sanctuary was steps away and my children loved it there, great outdoor shower too! Hope to go back again, thanks!

    Lovely home with wonderful views

This home was ideal for our extended family of 4 adults. Husband and I were in the master on the main level, sister and niece enjoyed the private bedrooms and shared bath upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and appliance needed, we were able to cook some delicious meals, while watching the amazing sunsets. The location is secluded but easily accessible to everything (shopping, restaurants, etc). The trails at the Audubon Center (across the road) are a nice walk and take you through the woods and down to a sandy beach. We enjoyed our stay and I would love to come back here on our next visit. show more show less

    Amazing property!

Craig's place is absolutely amazing! It had everything we could have ever needed. There is plenty of space in the house and the view from the back deck is great. The beach is a very short walk and the perfect place to spend the day. We had a fabulous time!

    Home Away From Home

We had the most wonderful stay at this house for a week in July. There were 6 of us - 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 young children - and there was beyond enough space for everyone. The house is so quiet and peaceful at the end of a long private road. There is a wooded path across the street that takes you down to a beach perfect for collecting shells and exploring at low tide. Only 5 minutes to the center of Barnstable for a little market, the harbor and a few restaurants.

It was the perfect relaxing vacation and honestly the nicest Cape house we've ever rented (and we've been renting every summer for like 15 years). We are already going to book again for next summer! show more show less

    Beautiful Beach House

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week in July at Craig and Sharon's lovely home. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, just what our group of 6 was looking for. Spectacular views of the tidal marsh and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. Craig and Sharon were both so pleasant and helpful to work with. We were not very familiar with the area and very much appreciated their suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely LOVE to visit again! show more show less

Wonderful house in a fabulous setting with super attention to detail

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at Craig and Sharon's house in Barnstable. The house is at the end of a private lane, secluded and very private, traditional cape style with lovely views over the marsh and nothing but the sound of birds! The communication all along was super friendly and efficient and the information provided to us before arriving was excellent. This continued on arrival with an excellent visitor book full of info, and a house where guests needs have been carefully considered. Whether it be the fully equipped kitchen, the on demand TV or the copious amounts of beach towels and beach paraphernalia, Craig and Sharon had really provided for all eventualities, understanding what guests need when on vacation! The house is nicely spacious and slept 8 of us no problem, we used the deck and BBQ constantly as well as the super outdoor shower. The house is decorated in cape style with lots of homely touches, but it is not cluttered leaving us space to spread out and make the place our home for 3 weeks. All in all a great experience and one we will hopefully have the chance to come back to one day! Thank you! show more show less

    Beautiful and comfortable

We've rented lots of places on Cape Cod over the years and this was definitely one of the best. The view of the tidal marsh is stunning, extremely well equipped kitchen (we do most of our eating in), comfortable beds with bedrooms that are separate in the 4 corners of the house.. The outdoor shower.... didn't want to get out of it. All and all a wonderful week was had by all.

Don't miss Nirvana Coffee in the village and Smitty's ice-cream. Long time fan of Four Seas... but Smitty's was serious competition! show more show less

    Wonderful summer in Cape Cod
This was our first time to spend the summer in the US and thanks to Craig, we enjoyed our stay very much in his lovely " Beach House". From the first mails onwards we felt a "warm welcome" and being in good hands - Craig was very responsive and supportive in helping us with the procedures when being guests from Europe which gave us great comfort. The house is spacious ( 6 adults and 3 little kids) and was very well equipped, so we felt like being home from the first day. Waking up with the lovely marsh views was the best way to start the day! Craig has a collection of useful information like restaurant recommendations or activities which we had fun to follow. Many thanks for a wonderful stay- hopefully we will come back. Perfect house for a family vacation!
We rented this house for our first trip in Cape Cod. It was everything I dreamed of. We were a big family of 9 (from 1 yrs old to 63!!!) and we had enough space for everybody. The house was very clean and in good condition. We were also pleased with the outdoor shower. The local beach was perfect for our kids. But also, it was so calm and peaceful that it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. We also went to Cold Storage Beach in Dennis. This was a very nice beach with bigger waves and more crowdy. The location is perfect for someone who want to explore the Cape. We didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted and we are looking to come back next year! show more show less
