This expanded saltbox has all the charm and ambiance of Cape Cod. The home is perfect for two families or an extended family spending a week, month or a full summer vacation on Cape Cod.

On the 2nd floor, there are are five bedrooms two with full size beds and one expandable daybed which opens to a king size bed. There are two master bedrooms each with window air conditioners and king size beds (one MBR with a flat screen TV) and a full bathroom. The first floor has a full kitchen, dinette with flat screen TV, Library/reading room, Dining room, living room with 50 inch flat screen and a gas fired fireplace insert, an office area with a desktop computer, fax/printer and broadband and a full laundry and full bathroom with tub and shower. There is an outside shower behind the garage.

There are two patios one on the front and one on the side at the kitchen door. The side patio also has a propane gas grill for your grilling enjoyment. A large, shady, fenced in yard where the family and children can play yard games. Bring your kayak and enjoy the private beach located just 600 feet from the house. A stroll to the beach in the morning to see the sun rise over Sandy Neck or a glass of your favorite beverage in the evening to enjoy the sunset across Barnstable Harbor.

Located on a quiet private road just 7 houses from the neighborhood's private beach. The house sits on a large yard where the younger family members to play outside while the family gathers for a cookout.     My wife and I own and occupy our Cape Cod house in the early spring and through the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We try to provide the most friendly and family oriented vacation experience for our guests. When we are not on Cape Cod we are in Naples, Florida enjoying the beautiful beaches and golfing that Florida has to offer.

    What is special about this property?
    Our Cape home has been set up for extended families with two master bedrooms and three supplemental bedrooms for the younger folks. There are two bath rooms one on each floor. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We have tried to maintain the house in the traditional Cape Cod saltbox design with the multiple additions and uneven floors that are traditional for older Cape Cod houses. There is a large open lot on the property for outside yard games or just passing a ball around. The beach is a very short walk from the house and has a nice sandy area to lay out your towel.
