On the first floor, just past the very welcoming hallway, there is a very comfortable, quiet office space tucked away. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful new granite countertops with new appliances and sleek cherry cabinets. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen counter and 6 more at the adjacent kitchen table. Adjoining the kitchen is the beautiful spacious, fire placed dining room. This elegant cathedral ceilinged room with gleaming BRAND new hardwood floors, has a gorgeous table and chairs to seat 10-12, for those special gatherings with family and friends
The Great Room (family room) has cathedral ceilings, 2 ceiling fans, a beautiful fireplace, a 45 inch screen TV with DVD player (and lots of DVD's), oversized windows looking out on to a HUGE deck, beautiful grass and the very pretty ''Rose Garden.''
Right next to the Great Room is the children's playroom. Here you will see the amazing ''Dollhouse,'' large enough to fit 3-4 (standing) adults in. The kids will absolutely LOVE this playroom filled with toys, building blocks, books, puzzles and much more to keep them busy and happy for hours.
But wait... for some adult fun, there is also an authentic, plush, beautifully decorated ''Irish'' pub. As you ramble up stairs you will find 5 elegant, spacious bedrooms with gorgeous built-ins, and extra large closets in all rooms. Two of these beautifully decorated bedrooms have a set of twin beds in, each and a full bath(Jack and Jill) between them. There is another gorgeous guest bedroom with a Queen canopy bed, ceiling fan, stunning, extra large windows, and walk in closet . The other guest bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king canopy bed, large walk in closet, ceiling fan, extra large windows and a roll away cot -just perfect for a couple with a small child!
The enormous Master Bedroom, with its own fireplace and soaring ceilings, is luxuriously furnished with brass king size bed and a small seating area which overlooks the beautifully landscaped back garden and pool area. There are skylights, ceiling fans, a walk-in closet, 40 inch hi-def smart TV and oversized windows.
The lavish en suite master bath has Italian marble throughout. This deluxe room has a gorgeous, built in, lighted vanity, a HUGE glass custom built shower with built-in seating and separate large jacuzzi air tub to ''unwind'' in after a long day of relaxing all day on your Cape Cod vacation.
Also on the second floor, you will find another large full bath with a glass walk in shower with built in seat, a beautiful double vanity and more closet space. All linens and bath towels, and beach towels are supplied at no extra cost. We also have an assortment of beach chairs and a bike stand in the garage
We will supply a Beach parking permit at no extra charge. With this you can park ONE car at our beautiful Barnstable Beaches (Sandy Neck Beach, Millway Beach, Dowses Beach and many more). Parking is normally $15-25 per day.
