This spacious, Cape style home has 4 bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The large living area consists of a fireplaced living room and dinning area which leads to a sunken family room with wet bar. There is a first floor bedroom for those clients that don’t want to climb stairs. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, and the bunk room. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom, the next bedroom has a king bed and 2 twins, and attached bath.
The fully fenced-in back yard has an inground, saltwater pool and an outdoor shower. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill. This house was made for entertaining. The neighborhood has a tennis/pickleball court for your enjoyment

The public boat ramp is right down Main Street, along with 2 town beaches. The village of Cotuit has a quaint market and an historic but user friendly library. The Kettle Ho restaurant and bar is great for sporting events, but it doesn’t stop there... Cotuit is also home to the Kettleers Cape Cod Baseball League. Games are free and just a short walk. Bring your flip flops, and come enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.
