This spacious home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Are you tired of your four walls? Come on down to the heart of Cape Cod for a change of scenery and start exploring. Conveniently located off Route 6 only a couple of miles from Craigsville Beach, Barstable Harbor, and many others. In addition, there is an association lake beach only a short stroll from the house. Association tennis courts are across the street.

The first floor has a large living room with ample seating, a lovely bright sun room to enjoy your morning coffee, full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, a large queen sized bedroom, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The second floor has a large master with an en suite bath including Jacuzzi tub. This house sleeps 6 comfortably, up to 8 with the pullout sofa in the sun room.

In addition to central AC, amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill, and deck.

    A home away from home

    We stayed for a week over July 4th 2023 and we had an amazing time on our first holiday on the Cape. Kathleen's house is very spacious, really well equipted and in a lovely peaceful location. Access to the tennis courts and private lake beach with Kayak's made it extra special - the deck for bar b q's is lovely and private & we loved the outdoor shower. It is close to Hyannis and a number of beaches. Kathleen made it so easy to book. Highly recommended.

    Fantastic Winter Rental

    We rented Kathy's home as a winter rental from November 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023. Her home is absolutely beautiful and she has everything one could possibly need while staying here. We were even able to host our family for a holiday gathering! Her home is very close to beaches and shopping. Kathy was an excellent host. She was very helpful and always easy to contact by text, email, and phone. We loved our time here and highly recommend Kathy's home.

    A Little Piece of Heaven

    As I write this, the only sound I hear is the birds singing in the nearby trees. The spot is peaceful and centrally located - tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood , while minutes from everything. The house is beautiful and spacious. Rooms are comfortable and huge! A living room with one tv is adjacent to the family room with another. No sharing the tv with your kids! The deck is lovely and perfect for a barbecue.

    I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the picture. I hate writing glowing reviews of my favorite places because inevitably they book up in the future and I'm not able to rent them again! Kathleen is a wonderful caring owner who has thought of everything. Been renting in Centerville every summer for years and this place is the best value I've ever found. show more show less

    Fantastic rental

    We loved this home- We have stayed at many Cape rentals and this house was perfect for my family, plenty of space and the layout and location are perfect for a Cape vacation. Loved access to the lake, tennis courts and local beaches.

    Owners were responsive and very helpful. Hope to go back next year!

    Summer of 2021 is the first year of ownership for us. We are life long Massachusetts residents and owning this house is a dream come true. We have many plans to upgrade the property as the years go by. The photos listed are from the previous owner. New furniture is arriving weekly and we are excited to continue giving the home our personal touch.
    our goal is to create a warm and welcoming home for all to enjoy.

    What is special about this property?
    I love the unique layout of this house. It's definitely not cookie cutter. The sunken living area is nice and there is just something about the sun room that is so inviting.

    What is special about your town?
    It is in the heart of Cape Cod and close to everything.
