The first floor primary bedroom has a roomy walk-in closet and a large en-suite bath with walk in shower and a sauna ! The king size bed features an adjustable Puffy Lux hybrid mattress. Linens are included and feature cotton sheets, quilts and comforters.

The fully equipped, galley style kitchen has stainless steel appliances with the high end Italian brand Smeg stove and dishwasher.
Dining area can seat 8 or more.

Bookshelves are full of summer reads and puzzles and games.

There are two TVs- one in the adjacent tv area, one in the primary bedroom. Internet service throughout the house.

Equidistant to the villages of Yarmouth Port and Barnstable, Cummaquid Heights is nestled in along historic Rte 6A on the Cape's charming north side.

Plenty of Audobon hiking trails nearby, as are the lovely northside beaches of Barnstable, Yarmouthport and Dennis. Sandy Neck, a 7 mile stretch of Dunes and beach is not far.

Meander down Cape along Old King's Highway or hop on the easily accessible Mid-cape ( Rte 6) to get anywhere From Sandwich to Provincetown.
