Situated up the hill from Garrett's Pond, a spring fed crystal clear, fresh water pond with private beach, boats, fishing, basketball, swing set, and of course swimming.  Great spot for children. This is a quaint little cottage on Olde Cape Cod. The cottage has 2 bedrooms; a queen size bed in one, twin beds in the smaller bedroom, and ''La-Z Boy'' couch in the living room. There is a nice screened porch. Also there is an enclosed outdoor shower with running hot and cold water. We have cable TV and Internet, WIFI.
You would find this cottage great for just hanging around.  We are on approximately 3 acres with the pond and private beach. Children have a great place to play, there is a swing set. You can grill, swim, lie on the beach, shoot baskets, go boating and fishing if so inclined. Pond is stocked with small-mouth bass. You can sit on your screened porch and watch the children play in the yard.  There is also a kayak for your use.

The beach is private for our guests only. The water is beautiful, clear, and clean and does not drop off. Perfect for youngsters. We are close to salt water beaches, and Hyannis is 7 minutes away. Linens supplied (sheets,
blankets, regular bath towels, kitchen towels - but you would need to bring beach towels).
We also have 2 row boats available for use without charge.

    Great for family

    We loved the place,the pond beach is beautiful.The girls enjoyed playing basketball and tennis. The Homeowner also very friendly!!!we hope to be back next summer

    Wonderful family getaway!

    Our family has stayed at Holiday Farms cottages for over 30 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experiences there. The location on the Cape is perfect as you are set away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, but only 15 minutes away from the ocean. Garrett's pond the beach on the property is perfect for families as it is clean and shallow enough for young children, but also deep enough for older kids and adults to enjoy for a resreshing swim. You can't beat the convenience of having a beach property and easily being able to go up the short jaunt to the cottage for food and bathroom breaks! The basic quaint cottages have everything you need, and the added air conditioning in the main bedroom is a huge plus on the humid cape nights.     Great family place

    Our family rented a cottage at Holiday Farm Cottages for 20 years. When our family grew too large, we had to stop. We miss it to this day.

    The cozy cottages were just fine for us. They are set back a short distance from the pond. This is perfect if there are little ones or seniors that need a nap. The pond is crystal clear. There is a lovely sandy beach that has a gradual entrance to the water. Safe and fun for all ages. No power boats. Quiet and private.

    We have had extended family rent too. Our daughter, my niece etc. If you are looking for total R& R, this is for you. Get in the boat and fish, enjoy a swim, or sit on the beach and read or watch the sun set.

    We have run Holiday Farm Cottages for 58 years I live on the premies

    What is special about this property?
    Our cottages are private and secluded. We are not far from Hyannis or town salt water beaches. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and try hard to please our guests.
    Its a perfect vacation spot for children
