This air-conditioned upside-down house boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Bedroom # 1, the primary bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed. It has a bathroom with a tub and walk in shower. This bedroom offers a sliding door to the deck. Bedroom # 2 is on the first floor and has two twin beds with an attached bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom # 3 is located on the first floor and has two full size beds along with an attached bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom # 4 is located on the first floor and has a full bathroom with attached walk-in shower.

The laundry room is also located on the first floor. The open living room, kitchen and primary bedroom are all located on the second level. The airy kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, granite counter, gas stove and microwave.

This unique design allows you to take in stunning views overlooking Millway Beach from the kitchen, dining area, living room and second floor deck. Enjoy the backyard playing yard games, grilling on the gas grill and enjoying dinner outside on the patio table and chairs. As the sun sets on another perfect day enjoy a fire in the fire pit.

One of the best things about this property is it is just steps away from Millway Beach where you can spend your day sunning, swimming and making Cape Cod memories.     Welcome! My husband Ben and I were both born and raised in Massachusetts. We met in Marthas Vineyard in 2004 and our love for the Cape and Islands has been a constant. Our summer memories have always included Cape Cod. We love the beaches, restaurants, art galleries, Cape Cod Baseball League, Rail Trail and taking the ferry over to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyad. Our goal is to provide a home away from home to your family so you can enjoy and love Cape Cod as much as we do. I am available to answer any questions by phone, text or e-mail.

    What is special about this property?
    What I love most about the Millway Beach house is the spectacular view of the ocean from the open floor kitchen, living room and deck located on the second floor. This spacious home sleeps eight and has great features such as Central A/C, updated kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and laundry. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and full bathroom attached. The house features different outdoor living areas including a second-floor outdoor deck with table with dining table, covered patio with plenty of chairs or yard with fire pit, grill and yard games. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and has a slider to the deck.

    What is special about your town?
    The house is just steps away from Millway Beach, it is the second to last house on the right before the beach. Barnstable Harbor is walking distance and offers Whale Watch tour, charter fishing and two restaurants. Osterville Fish, Too is a patio dining take out with fresh local seafood and family owned Mattakeese Wharf Waterfront Seafood Dining
