This is a 5 bedroom home, 4 upstairs and 1 on the main level with the sunroom adjacent. The first floor also consists of a large living room (500sq ft), formal dining room, kitchen (and dining) area as well as a foyer and powder bath.

On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a large walk in closet where the crib is setup, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large deck off the kitchen that overlooks the backyard with seasonal views of Garrets Pond.

This space is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating and dining furniture.

Our home is centrally located and requires vehicle transportation to area beaches. We are approximately 5.5 miles from Hyannis Harbor, Kalmus and Craigville on the sound side, 3.5 miles to Millway and 5 miles to Sandyneck Beaches on the Bay side.
