Immaculately maintained and recently updated, it sleeps up to 7 people comfortably, has 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, and a bunk-bed with an additional trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom), 2.5 bathrooms, laundry/dryer, a large loft with a 3-way game table, a couch and a futon bed; a living room, lounge room and dining room; 2 TVs, and outdoor rinse off shower.

The rooms are individually temperature controlled. The deck, surrounded by lush garden and Cape’s oak and pine forest, has a lot of seating and a grill.

It is only 9 minutes from Craigville Beach, one of the few sandy and truly warm public water beaches on the Cape. Whether you are looking to spend your day on a lake or ocean beach, biking along rail trails, spending a day at a water park, going out to eat on Hyannis Main Street, watching a sunset and flying kites, going deep-sea fishing, taking a ferry to one of the islands – this home is your welcoming base to return to, all year long!<br /> <br /> The house is welcoming to people with disabilities, providing one-floor living and an adult-sized crib-bed.     Luba's place was absolutely perfect for our month-long family retreat on the Cape! We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The few times we did need to contact her, she responded very quickly and was very helpful. The neighborhood was in such a good location and so peaceful to take walks around. Thank you so much for such an awesome stay!

    Our family had the most wonderful stay at Luba's home on Cape Cod from July 2–6. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. The house is not only beautiful but also thoughtfully designed, with tasteful décor that creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    Everything was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped—we truly didn't have to think about a thing. The neighborhood is peaceful, lovely, and perfect for a relaxing Cape getaway.
    Luba was an outstanding host. She was kind, responsive, and always available if we had a question. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear how much care she puts into making her guests feel comfortable.

    We had an amazing stay at Luba's home! Check-in was a breeze and the home was super clean. We traveled with a family of 7 and there was the perfect amount of space to fit us. Kids loved the air hockey table! We had been to the Cape many times before this but hadn't stayed in this particular area. It was beautiful!! Loved taking walks through the neighborhood to look at all of the beautiful homes. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We'd love to visit again!

    We had a great stay in this house. There was lots of room to relax and stay entertained. Living room was stocked with books and board games and billiard table on the top floor was a hit for our whole family. Beautiful neighborhood.

    Wonderful house and host! We had a great stay at Luba's home. The house is beautiful and extremely spacious. There were 6 of us, and we could all spread out and not be in one another's way. The 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready/showers a dream. Everything was clean and comfortable. I am a neat freak, and I have to say there wasn't anything that I felt unsure or icky about. The loft area was an excellent way to have fun and wind down at night. We especially loved the air hockey. The house itself is in a cute neighborhood and central to most of the Cape. There is a Stop and Shop just down the road, as well as a few other stores should you need anything. Luba herself was responsive to any questions we had and always pleasant. She even messaged me earlier in the day to let us know we could check in early. I would definitely recommend Luba's house and would love to visit again! show more show less

    I have been going to the Cape since my teens, and fell in love with it. Owning a house here since 2022 is a dream come true. My family uses the house during the summer, while out kids are little. It doesn't seize to amaze me how much more Cape offers as I grow and change and my needs change. It truly has something for everyone!

    What is special about this property?
    I love that it is roughly within 1.5 hr drive from major cities nearby (Boston, MetroWest, RI) - so, very accessible and ideal for week-long or even weekend getaways. There are plenty of amenities nearby and we are also centrally located on the Cape itself - 30 min to Falmouth or 1 hr to Wellfleet.
