Enjoy the peaceful quiet of the walkable neighborhood along with the convenience of being a short drive away from the bustling hub of Hyannis, the Rail Trail, Cape Cod Mall, ferries to Nantucket and Martha''s Vineyard, etc!

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

Enjoy the full eat in kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials (Keurig/coffee pods provided). You will also have access to an all-in-one washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a large table offering space for a group to eat. Relax in the living room on a sectional with a Roku TV so you can access all of your streaming apps. There is also a full bath with bathtub.<br /> <br /> The whole cottage is equipped with Central A/C and ceiling fans are in the kitchen and living room.     Great Cape Cod Cottage

    If you are looking for a nice get away with all the comforts of home this is the place. The owners thought out many little things like a beach cabana for sun protection, quality cottons sheets, games, cards, a portable speaker and even coffee for the mornings.
    The beach is close and the area is great for walking or riding your bike. I highly recommend a stay here!

    Clean, Convenient. and Charming! The cottage met all of our needs for a girls weekend getaway.....a walk to the beach for a day of conversation and relaxation, a walk to dinner at the restaurant in the marina for an evening of conversation and cocktails, and a morning run to the local coffee shop in the village. The cottage was intimate, but spacious at the same time. We were grateful for the stay and look forward to booking again!

    Perfect Beach Getaway

    Recently stayed at this ocean side oasis and absolutely loved it. This home is perfect for a family getaway or friends gathering- 100 yards from a gorgeous calm beach, walkable to great restaurants and coffee shops. My sleeping accommodations were like being on a cloud. Will stay here again very soon- highly recommend!

    We had a wonderful stay at Liz's rental home. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and accomodating. The views just mere steps away from the house were incredible, with sunsets galore! Barnstable Village is minutes away and such a cute location! Outdoor shower, yes please! Home was clean, beds were comfortable with all the needed ammenities right at our finger tips!

    We had the greatest time staying in this home for a quick Spring weekend in Barnstable. We were so happy with how clean and comfortable the home is, it was the perfect spot to stay and relax, but also still very easy to get to great coffee shops and restaurants. The highlight for us was how easy it was to get to the beach, it was a quick, easy walk, even for my 3 year old. We had the best time, and will definitely be back in the even warmer weather!

    We really love the location of this cottage and are excited to share it! Tucked away on a peaceful dead end street that leads to a private beach, you will also be walking distance to many amenities and a short drive away from the Rail Trail, Cape Cod Mall, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, etc!
