Beautiful cottage just steps to the best family beach on the Cape!

There are 2 spacious bedrooms, combined large living room and dining room and a well equipped kitchen along with a bathroom with a bathtub. The large screened-in porch is a great place to relax at the end of the day or have your morning coffee. The yard is very large with a patio, gas grill, table and chairs. A spacious enclosed outdoor shower and large garage complete the amenities!

Millway Beach is a 2 minute walk and is the ideal beach for a family with younger children so a beach pass isn’t needed! It is protected from large waves by Sandy Neck and hours can be spent checking out the snails and sea life at low tide. There are beach chairs and sand toys available in the garage!

Across the street is the Hyannis Whale Watch (highly recommend booking a trip!) and two restaurants - Osterville Fish Too and The Mattakeese Wharf where you can enjoy a cocktail or meal overlooking the harbor and watching the sunset. Main Street in Barnstable is a short walk where there are 3 more restaurants, a well stocked market and Nirvana Coffee Company.

    Perfectly Located Cozy Cottage

    We had a great stay at this cottage! The location is just perfect, a couple minutes walk down to a beautiful beach and right across the street from the harbor. We were able to walk across the street right onto the whale watching boat! The cottage is very clean and cozy, I love the exposed wood and the couch is so comfortable. Plus the outdoor shower is large and lovely. Overall this place is great and a perfect spot for a beachy cape cod getaway!

    Perfect Beach Cottage in an Unbeatable Location

    We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, just steps from Millway Beach, the Marina and a short walk to Barnstable Village, making it easy to enjoy the local market, coffee shops, and restaurants. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. Our host was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and welcoming. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway in an unbeatable location! show more show less
