Our family of four and dog had a wonderful Cape vacation at this lovely home. The location in Barnstable Village was perfect; we could walk to Millway beach or local trails and were within 5-10 minutes from grocery stores. Beach access was also easy. We were very grateful for the spacious, open layout, including the kitchen and sunroom where we read and played board games. Josiane was a thoughtful and communicative host. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a summer week and it exceeded our expectations! 6 adults & 4 kids had plenty of space! The large tables were great for meals but also for game night with the whole family! The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the sun room was amazing for relaxing! Located close to everything but also secluded for privacy. The owners were so friendly and a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend this house and will be back again soon!!

This house has so much to offer. It is an ideal location. You are close to beautiful beaches but also only minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The four seasons room is beautiful and provides an extra space if you have a large group. There are two large tables so plenty of room for meals. And the kitchen has everything you need.
It is located on a quiet road and has a great yard and outdoor space. You would never know how close you are to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

This house had all the space we needed as 9 adults navigated some work and lots of play time. The location was perfect and convenient to everything. The house was clean and the homeowner was very responsive. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had the pleasure of staying in Josiane's beautiful home for 2 weeks, and we loved every minute of it. The home was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. We were 2 families, with 3 children between us, and there was ample space for us all. The property is very large, and so the kids were able to play outside while the adults sat on the patio. The home is a short drive from Millway beach, but it is also a very pleasant walk. We also used the parking pass on several occasions to explore the other wonderful beaches nearby. Josiane was a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this home!!

Our family truly enjoyed our week long stay at the cozy home. We didn't have the greatest weather, but we enjoyed watching movies in the family room, playing foosball, and cooking in the updated kitchen! On the nice days, we beached at Millway and kayaked and fished at Hathaways Pond (even catching a 6 pound bass!) The yard/location was private, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and lovely to deal with. This was a wonderful home for our group of 8 to comfortably relax and get away on the Cape!

We enjoyed this home very much! It was perfect, a beautiful home with enough space for everyone to stretch out! It's secluded, but close to all the beaches and site seeing we wanted to do! Plenty of room in the drive way for more than two cars to park. There were 10 of us total adults and teenagers and this home had plenty of room. There is a basketball hoop in the driveway which was great! The patio is large and beautiful complete with a hammock to relax in. The in laws brought corn hole and we all spent a lot of evenings tossing the bags and lounging on the back porch. There is plenty of table space to have family meals together. There are three full bathrooms and even an outside shower (hot and cold water). The sunroom is a perfect touch and the kids loved the foosball table! There is every cooking utensils you could possibly need or want. The kitchen is stocked perfect with plates, and bowels of every size. There is a walking trail not far from the home that all the teenagers enjoyed! The house was perfect for us. I can't say enough good things! The pictures do not speak to how spacious it is inside. I HIGHLY recommend.

The owner is professional, so kind and responsive. She even left us a bottle of wine!

We have been renting on Cape Cod for about 25 years, and this home by far was the most comfortable home we have rented. We rented this property in July 2016. We took our adult children and their spouses, a total of 6 adults. It has lots of rooms if you want a quiet place and also large rooms for a gathering. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The owner was very easy to deal with and very quick with returning a response to any questions. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The week went by very fast.

Very nice place to stay on the Cape. Quiet, no neighbours close. The entire family enjoyed our vacation week. One of the reasons is definitely this vacation home! A comfortable and spacious home on a great site, close to several beaches. By the way, the beach pass is very much appreciated. It is also very easy to communicate with the owner. All pertinent information is then readily available. From 2 to 62 years old, everybody is happy ! It was our second stay. No doubt that we recommend this vacation home.

We spent the last week in this gorgeous home and could not be happier with our stay! As soon as we walked through the door, charm consumed us! The house is extremely spacious and welcoming with a quaint and relaxing patio space. We spent the majority of our time relaxing and conversing at the large outdoor patio table or in the very spacious and comfortable sunroom. To our surprise, the sunroom had a foosball table and was stocked full of various toys and books for our two little ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you could imagine, so you don't have to worry about bringing and/or buying anything other than groceries. The bedrooms were all spacious and had plenty of extra pillows of various fluff. This was particularly helpful as I prefer a firm pillow, and my husband prefers a soft one. The entire house was very clean with various extra touches throughout.

Most importantly, Josiane is an absolute pleasure to converse with! She responds promptly to questions, and she left us a delicious bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. We have been visiting the Cape annually for several years, and we will no longer look elsewhere for a place to stay. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer! We can't wait to return next year!
