    Beautiful cottage in a nice setting

    We stayed in this cottage in June of 2023. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The big draw is the large, sunny deck overlooking Buttermilk Bay and the secluded, quiet area. We hope to go back again next year. Definitely recommend!

    this rental was so close to many activities, walking, kayaking, fishing, beach. Store was close by for any needs. Neighborhood was quiet. The deck was sunny with a great view. House was clean and perfect size!

    Nice, peaceful, fully equipped home on the ocean. We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home which was clean, well-maintained and fully equipped. Loved the setup of the house and the fishing was awesome! Also loved the pet friendly home! We would definitely stay here again next year!

    This rental was great!

    We rented for a week last month and enjoyed every minute. The house had everything, including central A.C. which was needed that week. We spent most of our time on the deck while watching the boats go by. We also fished from the steps to the beach and were very close to other fishing spots. Great restaurants near by and just a few minutes to the Bourne Bridge which has a wonderful walking/biking path along the canal. We will be back again next year!

    Amazing vacation

    We had dinner and enjoyed the best sunset views from the deck almost every day. Very quiet location with few boats going by. We launched our kayaks right off of the stairs, and caught a large striped bass in front of the house. House is clean and has everything needed for a very enjoyable vacation. Nice restaurants nearby.

    This home has been our family vacation home for many years. My children were fortunate to spend summers growing up playing on the beach and spending time with family. More recently my grandchildren were able to spend many summers swimming in the bay and playing in the ocean.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is located right on the bay. You can walk in the beach at low tide and swim right from the stairs at high tide. The bay is also a fun place to snorkel, kayak, paddleboard; any water activity. The neighborhood is on a quaint dead end circle therefore private.

    What is special about your town?
    We are also located close to the historic Cape Cod Canal which is a great place to walk/bike/run. There are also many restaurants, ample shopping and fishing opportunities.
