We rented this home for a few reasons it felt cozy and huge at the same time. The home fit our group perfectly some could do this and others can do that. The homes 2 living spaces made it feel that much bigger all of the rooms are huge. The deck in the backyard felt like an oasis in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was well stocked with spices and condiments and those things you forgot at home. We had many breakfast trip mornings and ice cream evenings. We will definitely stay here again and Deb was so easy to communicate with and made our stay very comfortable. We loved staying right over the bridge if you know Cape traffic this was easy on and easy off. We highly recommend this home and loved every minute of our stay.

This was a very good choice for our family. There was room for 8. A nice surprise was the fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was very quiet! Parking was no problem. A short walk to ice cream and bakery. Beach was also nearby. The homeowner was very helpful and checked with me to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated.

Our family takes our annual beach vacation every August and we typically stay in a different part of the Cape. We were so happy with the coziness and convenience of this house. Felt like the cape vacation I remember as a kid. Well equipped with everything you need and close to main roads to get to other places. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Deb's Cape house! The house is lovely, exceptionally clean, and so well stocked with everything you could need. Deb has clearly put a lot of thought into making her guests feel comfortable, from the well-equipped kitchen and beach gear to the detailed guide with local recommendations and helpful tips.

The location is perfect—close to the canal, beaches, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

Deb was a fantastic host and made everything easy from start to finish. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This house is truly a HOME with all of the amenities and comforts. When I arrived I instantly felt relaxed. Great location (so close to the Bourne bridge). We especially enjoyed exploring this area of the Cape. Deb is a fantastic hostess; Immediate response to any questions and set the tone for an easy getaway. We are looking forward to coming again soon!

This spot was perfect for me for an extended stay as I was between homes. What a wonderful retreat. The home had absolutely everything I needed to truly feel at home. Don't feel like cooking, no problem - there's plenty of restaurants nearby. I was able to work from home several days a week and would sneak in walks to the beach during lunch because it is THAT close. It's extremely clean, well decorated, and well appointed - extra blankets for chilly nights and air conditioning for the warmer ones. Although it's close to all you need, there is ample privacy as the home is nestled in the neighborhood and has a private deck and fenced in back yard with grill and firepit. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming Cape cod home. It was furnished with a gift basket and fully stocked cupboards with spices and condiments in the fridge. It was just the right size and location for our family. Would definitely go again!

We had a great stay at Deb's place in Bourne, MA! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Deb was a fantastic host—super thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

We especially appreciated how well-stocked the house was, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We took a day trip to Mayflower Beach (about a 45-minute drive), which was beautiful and well worth it.
And also was a short drive to Woods Hole to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard!

Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, and we'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

while the house looked small, it easily fit us all- everyone had their own place to go, My Mother and I loved sitting out on the deck. My husband enjoyed the big screen TV in the living room, and the kids loved having their own private space downstairs. Deb was wonderful to work with- checked in to see how we were doing, and fixed a few minor things immediately. While the weather wasn't the best, there were still plenty of things to do nearby. Will definitely go back.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean, comfy, and in a quiet area, but still close to everything—beaches, restaurants, shops. It's not right on the water, but it's just a quick drive away. Perfect for a chill Cape Cod getaway. Would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed our girls weekend at this property. The owner has done lots of renovations including a finished basement with 2 additional bedrooms and bath. It's super cozy and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed riding bikes on the coastal bike trail and visited many quant shops and restaurants only minutes away.

Our recent stay at this absolutely beautiful and charming 3-bedroom cottage on Cape Cod exceeded our expectations in every way offering the quintessential New England getaway experience. The living area was bright and inviting, providing ample space for our group to gather, play games, or simply unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor living space was equally impressive. The deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails and is a safe and pleasant area for families, couples or friends to gather. The location was superb, providing easy access to the charming town centers, beaches, bike trails, local restaurants and shops. A quick walk to quaint restaurants/bakeries, ice cream shops and beaches.

We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quintessential Cape Cod experience and eagerly look forward to returning.

Our stay at this Monument Beach vacation home was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and at home. The house is beautifully updated with a spacious, open layout, and every detail—from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms—was clearly chosen with care and comfort in mind.

The fenced-in backyard and large deck quickly became our favorite spot to relax in the evenings. We especially loved the fire pit, cornhole, and plenty of seating for family meals outdoors. Inside, the layout worked perfectly for our group, with enough space to spread out while still feeling connected.

Location-wise, you truly can't beat it. The short walk to Monument Beach made morning strolls and sunset visits effortless, and being so close to the canal trail was a huge bonus for biking and running. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but still close to ice cream, cafes, and fun local spots.

A huge shoutout to our host, who was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Whether we had a quick question or just needed a local recommendation, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

This home checked every box for our Cape Cod vacation, and we're already looking forward to returning next year!

Perfect vacation rental close to beaches, shopping, and peaceful rest. Deb was very easy to work with and made our stay wonderful. The basement rooms worked great as we had 2 boys there and an 1 yr old upstairs along with my 98 yr old mum. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again. We had a great family gathering on the Cape. The house was perfect for us! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the quaint town, including a great food truck festival. We rented the home for a group of 6 adults and 2 children. It worked out great and we had an awesome family week! Everything was comfortable and clean. All the supplies we needed were there and Deb kept good communication with us. Monument beach was so close by and we spent a relaxing day there. Great places to eat and explore were abundant! It was a great week!

This was such a great house to stay at. It was me and my older kids. The house was clean, and plenty of room to spread out. Love the up and downstairs aspect although we spent most of our time hanging out upstairs in living room/kitchen or on the back porch! Homeowner was so helpful with suggestions on what to do on the cape and even had a little book of suggestions left behind! I would rent this place again if staying on the cape!!!

Such a beautiful home so close to the beach! We had a great time staying here, and definitely will be back. Debbie does a great job providing all the necessities, from extra shampoos and conditioners to a handmade book of recommendations for shopping, beaches and restaurants in the area. The house was extremely clean, and had a great amount of space. Recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

The location just over the Bourne bridge was ideal. It was easy to get on and off cape cod. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Monument Beach and Eel Pond. The upstairs was comfortable, decorated beautifully, and well-stocked to meet all your needs. Our host was on top of everything and communicated promptly and succinctly.

Best Cape rental around. Deb was responsive and accommodating! House has EVERYTHING...great location for beaches, restaurants, quiet time. Clean, great furnishings, plenty of space for guests. Can't wait to go back and will be a repeat guest for some time to come.

Easy on and off the cape. Great walking and biking trail along the near by Borne canal. The home was very welcoming, comfortable, very quiet and easily accessible to the nearby Monument beach. Easy to communicate with the owner. I'll be back for sure.

Loved this charming home! It was quite large with great parking, many bedrooms and sleeping options. This home was very clean, and in a great location! It is also close to a lot of great restaurants and easy access to get back to the highway, either on or off Cape. Highly recommended!

Deb's house was the perfect getaway for my family and I. The beach was close by, and a bonus playground. The house was super comfortable and clean. We had every amenity we could think of, and didn't need to worry about not having something. The beds were comfortable, and the space was cozy. The backyard was perfect for my little one as we were making dinner and he had some energy to burn. Definitely will be back!

Stayed in the cute and recently updated Cape house for a quick girls weekend. Plenty of sleeping space. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and linens were provided. Kitchen has everything we needed and the deck was perfect to sip wine by the fire pit. It was not on the beach, but was an easy walk to Monument beach and a very short car ride to area bars, restaurants & entertainment! We will definitely rent here again!

Deb was awesome. She communicated before and throughout my stay answering any questions that I had. The main floor of the house was perfect. Updated and clean open kitchen with anything and everything you need (pots, pans, glassware, utensils, silverware etc). The outside was the best part. The deck was a great spot to relax and unwind. In the afternoon, it was perfectly shaded with a table and comfortable chairs plus 4 adirondack chairs around a gas firepit, and a grill! To top it off she had a nice fenced in yard with corn hole. She is currently renovating the basement and can't wait to see how it turns out.

This house was perfect for my stay with extra beds available, access to the perfect monument beach, and my new favorite cafe, "The Stand," within walking distance! The rental even had a small deck with privacy fencing and a grill we enjoyed a great dinner on. Great place for a family get-away!

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway to the cape for our anniversary, and this house was perfect for it! Right off the bridge, you're so close to downtown restaurants, bike paths, beaches and so much more! The house was very cozy and clean. It had everything you could ever need. You feel right at home here! Deb, the host was so helpful with recommendations on food, drinks(best espresso martinis around), things to do, etc.

Excellent spot! Close to several beaches that are quiet but close enough to bigger beaches if that's what you're looking for. Having linens on site sets the tone for a relaxing vacation. Very clean & prompt communication with the owner. Will rent again. Lobster Spot is a great local restaurant!

She was very flexible with check in time and continued to answer my many questions!
The house is very pretty with all the tasteful beach decor. We had all the supplies we needed there. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was great to use. The two bedrooms upstairs were awesome.The deck was so nice, plenty of room for our family and the coolers were a plus too. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Loved that there was AC and fans. The use of a washer/dryer was so great. The basement provided another bedroom and a fantastic new bathroom too! Monument Beach is very close and has a nice view of all the boats and has a lifeguard. You really couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this home away from home. Deb made us feel so welcome with her touches around the house upon arrival with sunglasses for the kids and chocolates and wine for mom. My 80 year old dad loved the snacks that were left and dad loved the fact that the gas was filled for the grill when he went to cook burgers and hot dogs. There were conveninces such as condiments in the fridge to use and sweet drinks like canned iced tea she let us help ourselves too. Everything was clean and cozy in this home and Deb's hospitality made our time spent at her house even better. We loved the canal region and walked it everyday. We also made sure to do the sunset train bridge walk she suggested which was truly special. The house was close to Falmouth for a day trip where we discoverd a working carousel that we could ride across from the town library which was very memorable. Another day trip was in closeby Wareham at Water Wiz park which was a very good experience and a lot of fun! We also did a pirate ship ride in Hyannis near the Hyline Steamship port located near little art gallery sheds in the green space across from the port. All in all we were thriled with the Canal region as we have always ventured further inland near Upper Cape Cod and we feel silly for not having explored the Canal region sooner as it's a truly special place with biking, walking, watching people fish in the canal, and listening to live music in the resturants near the canal. Thank you Deb for hosting our family as if were family!

Me and my friend had an excellent stay at this spacious house that is close to monument beach! The house was very clean and can sleep many. I highly recommend this to people who are looking to vacation on the cape for the weekend and also for people who are working in the area and need a place to stay.

This house is so amazing! It was just so homey and welcoming and the decor was tasteful, not 2000's beach themed. Will be coming back!

We have traveled a LOT & it is rare to find a place I can feel so comfortable and relaxed like I did here.

We especially enjoyed the deck & the yard and enjoyed the grille for a small family barbecue.

I love the open floor plan and was impressed that the beds are comfortable for everyone. It was nice that my daughters could have some extra private space downstairs!

Big beautiful welcoming home immediately upon entering, my family and I felt right at home as we prepared for 5 days of wedding activities honoring my Niece. Plenty of room to accommodate 7 adults comfortably. Not only are the inside accommodations lovely , the large deck and fenced back yard was the perfect setting for large family cookout the evening after the wedding. A+ across the board .

Wonderful location...! So many ammenities so close..! Eel Pond, Monument Beach, Lobster Trap, Trading Post - Amazing South Shore style bar pizza, Whistle Stop ice cream too..! The house itself is so very comfortable..! Exceeded expectations...!

This vacation home is very clean, has a great floor plan, private back yard, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner is very thoughtful and even had a welcoming gift for us. I'm not sure of our plans for next year but if we go back to the cape this is certainly where we'd stay.

I just loved staying here. It was a home away from home. Everything you needed was in this home. Deb the owner was so accommodating.
The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. A few nights I forgot to lock the door but that is how safe this neighbor was.
Short walk or drive to everything. The restaurants in the area where awesome. The beaches were beautiful. One weekend I had my adult children come down with my grandchildren. We had Plenty of room. The kids were able to play in the back fenced in yard. They just loved it as much as I did.
Simply beautiful and Fun.

This was the perfect place for our group of five (ahem) mature women to gather, relax, and recharge. The house is easy to get to - just a short drive off the Bourne rotary. The updated interior is very cozy, clean, and charming. So many sleeping options we all picked separate rooms! The weather in April was too chilly for the beach so we shopped, we ate and we laughed. We shopped at TJ Maxx in nearby E. Falmouth and ate delicious lobster rolls at The Lobster Trap. In the morning, we enjoyed great breakfast sandwiches and pastries picked up from from Becky's Bakery. I love the location in a quiet neighborhood and the small town feel - and yet, there's quick access to anywhere on Cape Cod. My stay here was (too) brief this time, but I will be booking a return stay for next year for my whole family so we can explore. My teen sons are looking forward to fishing on the CC Canal.
The owner, Deb, is very responsive and thoughtful. She also has great recommendations for anything in the area. Can't wait to come back!

Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We appreciated all of the extras you provided and games for our family. The house is so close to many attractions and a convenient location for a few day trips to our friends in Falmouth (15 minutes), Woods Hole (bike ride on Shining Sea), Sandwich (6 miles), and Provincetown (about 50 minutes). We hope to be back in the fall and see all of your renovations.
